Nice location and room but in need of updating very tired and expensive in my opinion key to room in box on wall outside no personnel touch no one to welcome us

The accommodation was average. I didnt see one member of staff whilst i stayed. There i Was no free parking apart from a few spaces at the front of the property. Room was ok.

Was quiet and the floors didnt creak every time you moved,it was warm.owner was helpfull in saying where to park and not too.

Easy and quick check in. Room was lovely, we had a balcony which over looked the golf course. A very comfortable nights stay

The staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was spot on. When I first entered the room my first impression was it was small but as l unpacked there was plenty of room as the layout was very well thought out and cleverly designed. In all I had a brilliant stay and will definitely returning.

Ok, but at £78 for night, in a small old double bed room, in unattended old boarding house ( not hotel)made into 10 small apartments, over priced. Access to keys with texted pass code (outside key security box) proved difficult to open . The corridor and stairs smelt fusty, old structure, not of good appearance, but clean . The room including toilet and shower although well dated, were very clean, bed and bed linen and pillows, towels excellent. Bed very comfortable. Very small television but we could not use due to no remote control.. Our last minute booking of room served its purpose of a bed for the night. The 9.2 reviews are well overstated on our experence and glad it was only a one night stay.

Not sure why it has such good reviews, dated property, loads of noise, both from other rooms and outside. Good location, ok for a one night stay

Good location, bathroom in family room very small, we can hear other guests in another room.

Great location. Comfy beds plenty of space, easy hassle free check in, good communication.
