It deserves the 5 stars as a rating for many reasons. The owner was very kind to us and she responded to our calls rapidly. We chose liofoto 3 years ago for our staying in Skopelos. The prices was reasonable and the apartments were very clean and full equipped. We really enjoyed our staying and we would choose it again for sure.

Management nauwelijks aanwezig. Toezegging dat we op dag van vertrek tot 13:00 op de kamer konden blijven maar werden er desondanks ‘s morgens al om 10 uur uitgezet. Onze transfer bus kwam pas om 13:15, dus 3 uur buiten wachten zonder fascilliteiten!

La mia bassa valutazione è dovuta alla non adeguata struttura, poiché le foto NON corrispondono alla realtà, e la mansarda puzza di muffa. Oltre alla scarsa pulizia anche il mantenimento della struttura è misero all'interno. La cosa più rilevante è la mancanza di professionalità e sopratutto di rispetto da parte dell'host, non adatto al lavoro. Egli ha diviso il nostro nucleo famigliare assegnandoci 2 appartamenti in 2 strutture separate, che non presentavano un tavolo adeguato per 4 persone. All'esposizione del problema non si è mostrato collaborativo nel trovare una soluzione, anzi ha proposto di mangiare seduti nel letto.

Allereerst zaten wij in het hoogste appartement - een stijle helling met daarna nog 3 trappen. Met koffers is dit niet te doen. Elke ochtend werden we wakker gemaakt door de schreeuwende werknemers die voor onze deur moesten zijn. Er is zelden iemand aanwezig bij de receptie, er is ook geen manier van contact leggen bekend. Tot slot liet een schoonmaakster ons op de dag van vertrek om 9 uur weten dat wij er om 10 uur uit moesten. Het verblijf is acceptabel maar een herhaling zit er absoluut niet in. 100 meter verderop ligt een prima restaurantje 'Rosemary' voor ontbijt en avondeten. Centrum is ongeveer 15min lopen op een weg zonder verlichting of looppad.

Wij kwamen hier terecht door eiland hoppen, wisten dus niet waar we terecht kwamen. De klim is flink om bij kamer te komen, eigenaar bracht onze koffers met de auto naar boven. Verder zie je de eigenaar niet of weinig. Bedden waren goed, kamers schoon. Ligging is niet geweldig, je moet langs een drukke onverlichte weg naar t centrum

Gedateerd appartement wat wel goed schoon gehouden wordt. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken als je wilt. Appartementen met slaapkamer en keuken. Airco aanwezig alsmede prima balkon. Zwembad klein en met vreemde openingstijden. Locatie ca. 20 minuten lopen (langs drukke weg zonder stoep en verlichting) van Skopelos stad. Supermarkt aan overzijde weg.

Κλείσαμε για δύο μέρες, οι ιδιοκτήτες δεν φάνηκαν πουθενά και ποτέ . Τα δωματια μάλλον χωρίζονται σε ανακαινισμενα και σε μη. Εμείς ειμασταν σε ενα από τα μη, στο οποίο ελειπε η σιτα από το κεντρικό παράθυρο, το κρεβάτι έτριζε συνεχώς ενώ το air condition έκανε έναν ήχο κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας του. Τέλος, μυριζαν κάποια ντουλάπια υγρασία, ως τοποθεσία ειναι πολυ ωραία και τα κλινοσκεπασματα τους ήταν αρκετά καθαρά.
