The hotel was OK, especially for the price. Rooms were also tidy. On the second one there was just a large vomit stain on the carpet that could certainly have been cleaned better.

We were told prior to booking that the room had no Aircon. But when we arrived they were able to rearrange at the last minute. Thanks for that as it was really hot. They also kindly provided us with iced water for our journey the following day. The staff were very helpful.

My first time ever staying and I loved it! Absolutely love the staff! The staff was super friendly very welcoming! I felt as if I was at home. it was very clean and I love all the details in the decor. I will be making this a stop for me at least twice a year now!

We randomly booked for one night before going to the Padirac chasm. And it was a nice surprise. A very reasonable price for a top-notch room with a large bathroom and beds filled with cozy cushions. Very clean. But above all we liked the staff. Sonia, especially 😊 who went out of her way to find us a superb restaurant (we didn't know that we were in the middle of the feria and that it would be impossible to find a table in Souillac). Thank you for your welcome, your dedication, your smile and your kindness. This is what makes us want to come back!!! We can only advise you on the address.

The hotel is located in the city center and easy to access.
The room for 4 people is pleasant.
We were very well received there for 3 nights and the employees are very pleasant, accommodating and attentive, which is a real plus.
We had a slight problem with the air conditioning, the problem was resolved during the day with the added bonus of a fan being made available if necessary which ultimately was not useful to us, the necessary having been done.
We were even offered to change rooms if we needed to.
In conclusion, we are delighted with the stay and the service.
