It is a great place to stay the only thing is that we went on a gateway trip without kids but room we were assigned had couple of big families that were our neighbors and some hippo above us so noise was coming from kids then parents yelling at kids and that giant hippo crushing our ceiling, everything else was great.

Toilet seat was broken, 2 light fixtures has burned out bulbs, and elevator was broken one night. Staff was rude when asked about elevator (no note was posted)

Check-in took over 15 minutes, 10 of that was waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Only had 2 big towels in room & 1 washcloth, stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did add more towels when they came in the 2nd day. Toilet paper was not on a holder of any kind but just sitting on the counter.

Very clean, new feeling atmosphere. Breakfast was nice, on Saturday morning they had biscuits amd gravy with seasoned potatoes. Beds were actually kinda comfortable! They only had 1 out of the 2 elevators working, which caused a few back-ups but not terrible. Staff was kind and courteous. I would recommend, and I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Good service and attention, very clean and with excellent facilities, my only drawback is the bathroom door is on the opposite side when you open the shower, cold water falls on you, otherwise everything is fine
