⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.

This is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.

The room was spotless and the facilities were very new and well-equipped. Both the front desk staff and the doorman were incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and the highlight was the authentic honeycomb offered as a sweetener, which paired perfectly with the freshly made pancakes. Absolutely delightful!

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, location is slightly off centre but not too far of a walk to the central touristy spots. Nice pool and spa, really recommend - can be overcrowded but manageable. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast only from 7:30-10:30am. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.

First, the advantages: 1. Good location, convenient for travel; 2. Rooms are reasonably spacious and clean; 3. Good front desk service. Second, the disadvantages: 1. Not good value for money. I stayed at around 6000 RMB per night, similar to the Four Seasons I stayed at later, but the two hotels are completely different. From the lobby to the rooms, the breakfast quality, and the service, I personally think it's worth at most half the price. 2. The kettle in the room was 100 degrees Celsius outside after boiling water, with no indication of this, resulting in burns. I contacted Ctrip, and after their representative communicated with the hotel, they said this is common in Europe (utterly speechless… picture attached to show the size of the kettle and the ”groping hand”). 3. The hotel provided various consultation services, but then charged a 100 Euro service fee, euphemistically called a ”tip.” As a five-star hotel charging around 6000 RMB per night, providing some services is reasonable. If it's a paid service, it should be stated beforehand; otherwise, there will be unpleasantness at checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again. With this budget, I'd stay at the Four Seasons!

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

Be sure to specify at the front desk what type of room you expect to stay at. If you're not satisfied with the room, ask for a new one if they have available. I booked a superior room with river view, but got the worst version of it. Yes, the room had a small river view, but was very mediocre compared to the photos online. I realized this on the last night and asked to be moved to a better room (of the same price), which was faaaar prettier on the second floor with two windows. But I made a mistake in not asking earlier. The hotel also surprise you with a 10-15% service charge at check out that I did not expect. Just a heads up.

The hotel's location is quite remote, with almost nothing around it. If you're a tourist, it's very inconvenient. The description mentioned that taxis are easy to find, but in reality, it's not that convenient and quite expensive. I couldn't hail a taxi at all, and for Uber, since Italy doesn't seem to allow regular cars for Uber (only premium ones), it's not easy to get one either. You often have to wait ten to twenty minutes, and the price is usually around 70 euros. A round trip would be 140 euros a day. If you add that cost to the room rate, you could easily book a much better hotel in the city center, which would also be convenient for sightseeing and likely offer a better breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel, I'd say, is just average and doesn't quite match its star rating. However, if you're traveling for business, it might be a good option. Out of 100 points, I'd give it a 70. I wouldn't really recommend it to tourists.

Hotel provides a free shuttle to the tram stop which is amazing and easy to communicate with, far from the city but it wasn’t a big issue, staff is sweet and kind rooms are clean and nice.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
