"The room was perfect for our needs, especially since we were traveling with a small child. Housekeeping made up the bed daily, and stepping inside, it felt incredibly welcoming, just like coming home.
The hotel's location was superb, which was particularly helpful as we had bought many duvets to bring back home. There was also delicious fried chicken right across the street; we made sure to get some for a late-night snack every evening."

GGuest UserOur family stayed at Bamu Hotel for four nights and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The room was clean, bright and comfortable — the highlight was the amazing view of Gwangalli Beach right from the balcony. We could even watch the drone light show from our room, which was absolutely stunning.
The location is excellent, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only minor downside was that the bed frame made a slight noise when moving or turning over, but it did not affect our sleep quality.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Bamu Hotel to families and couples visiting Busan.

妗妗妗2We stayed in a family room with a balcony. It was clean, and we had a fantastic sea view right from our window. I was particularly pleased that the room was well-lit and not dim at all. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient; they assisted us with ordering fried chicken delivery, calling taxis, and answering questions about local attractions. This was a huge help in overcoming our language barrier.
The only downside was the bathroom. It only had a single rail for towels, and the space for shower gel was tiny. There was nowhere else to put anything – toothbrushes and cups had to sit directly on the sink, which got quite wet. With no shelf or hooks, it was really inconvenient for washing up and removing makeup.
However, overall, it was a very good stay. The location was excellent too, just a one-minute walk to Jagalchi subway station. There's also a convenience store nearby, making shopping very easy.

QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea!
The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good.
However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

GGuest UserConvenient location, within a few minutes walking distance of shopping, nightlife, restaurants, subway and buses. Rooms are good size but our non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Quality of staff varies, the evening receptionist lady was extremely helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserThe room has floor heating, which makes sleeping very comfortable at night. The bathtub is also very clean. The reception staff are also very nice. The TV is all in Korean, and I can't figure out how to cast the screen. It's really sad that I can't watch it on such a big TV.

JJP koreaThis hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.
