X03626Fantastic! All-around excellent, though the room's fixtures are a bit dated; the wooden floorboards are starting to crack. Also, while Trip.com listed it as Chinese-friendly, there was no one at the front desk who spoke Chinese, so I struggled with my broken English for a while. Aside from these two minor points, everything else was top-notch. The sea view is absolutely unbeatable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, especially the staff in the breakfast restaurant.

alyssaccsGreat hotel facing the bay but not direct view to the diamond bridge..in fact we can enjoy drone show and thats why i booked here and its the peak season in Busan, all hotel price was fly high. Sadly we didnt enjoy the drone show due to the show delay on 12/6 in other venue. We hope we have more time spending in Gwangan. Definately will choose Gwangan stay next time if back to Busan again.
Easy to find the hotel, with lift and front counter (there is few staircase step before reach lift). clean and everything is so perfect. Evian water, kiels shampoo, bath gel smell so good, coffee machine, dyson hair dryer. Breakfast is superb even though no restaurant in the hotel, with drinks and fruit (advice hotel to put a bit far from the door, hard to open the door bcos the breakfast package put too close) . We allow to get breakfast early as the ktx schedule was 8.30am. We allow to put luggage at the lobby before check-in time. There is a Spa pool very big with great view. Toilet and bathroom is separate, but is a see thru bathroom from spa pool and toilet. If u stay with friend who dont mind then ok, we didnt get twin bed but our room is kingsize spacious enough. With multiple/international socket point, TV, hanger, safebox. The room finishing with good quality doesnt smell weird. We have a nice sleep and we don't heard any voice from outside.

SahaladexingkongAfter all, it's a branded hotel. The Lotte Hotel lobby is grand and upscale, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, and clean. The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby for easy travel, and it's not far from Busan KTX Station or the airport. There's a convenience store across the street for easy access to food. Plenty of restaurants are right next door, making dining very convenient. The Lotte Duty-Free Shop is also right there, perfect for shopping. The only downside was that I couldn't find a TV channel to watch the World Cup.

Anonymous UserThe room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient.
There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices!
The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening.
The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area.
The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!

VvvviajeThis really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though.
The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us.
After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed.
The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained).
The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :)
What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience.
If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance.

easy@kMore like a lover hotel. Practically no service other than checkin at the counter. Our room was conveniently next to the breakfast room Sound insulate was very good. Only small towels provided.
Free flow grind coffee 24 hours.
One of those hotel nearest to the seomyeon underground station. Lots of eatery around. Very nice bbq restaurants within short walk.

I booked it because of the reasonable price and the interior design, and it was exactly as I saw in the photos. My only regret was that the comforter wasn't in good condition. I mentioned this to the front desk the next day, and they were even more attentive and cleaned it thoroughly. The location was also great, near Yongdusan Park and Gukje Market. I'd love to stay here again next time I'm in Busan.

마갱All rooms have ocean views. I made a reservation in a hurry because I was taking a break during the holiday, but it was good value for money. The free breakfast was attractive (but I never ate it).
Songjeong Station on the Beach Train is within 5 minutes on foot.
The train passes right in front of the hotel, so you can see it from 9:30.
When I went from the night of the 28th to 3/1, the motorcycle noise was loud outside, so I couldn't sleep (it's not the hotel's fault..).
The bed was hard, but the room was clean. It was good to stay with my child.
It's about a 15-minute walk to Songjeong Beach,
but it was quiet, so it was nice. There are raw fish restaurants and grilled clam restaurants on the beach side,
and there are many restaurants and cafes in the direction of Gudeokpo.
It's far from the city center, but I highly recommend it to those who want quiet.
If you're planning to go to Lotte World with your child, I highly recommend it (within 10 minutes by car).
