"This stay was for an important business trip, and I was very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency I received, which are essential for a business trip. First of all, the spacious accommodations were comfortable enough for long hours of work on my laptop. What really stood out was the large television in the room. Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect environment for business travelers, and I can confidently rate it as a place that delivers high satisfaction across its facilities, transportation convenience, and overall service level."

"Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four. The facilities were good, but the bathroom sink didn't have any space for toiletries – a clear case of cutting corners where they could and spending where they had to. The location is excellent, right across from the Canned Food Market. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but acceptable. The front desk wouldn't provide extra bottled water; there was only a water dispenser available. I only stayed one night, and the cleanliness was decent."

GGuest UserThis was the perfect spot! It's close to Gwangalli Beach, with lots of entertainment options nearby, making it incredibly accessible. The ocean view floor-to-ceiling window brought so much joy to my partner and me. The complimentary Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable we both slept soundly. This is definitely a place I'd consider staying at again on my next visit to Busan!

QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good. However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

However, what truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly warm, professional, and go above and beyond to assist guests. We recently had a stressful situation where we left an expensive pair of sunglasses in an Uber. We sought help from a gentleman at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch), and he was phenomenal. Despite the difficulty of tracking down the driver, he remained dedicated and persistent, following up tirelessly until he successfully retrieved them for us. A huge thank you to him and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and integrity. GGuest UserWe stayed at Paradise Hotel Busan with our young children and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly – from the dedicated play areas to the thoughtful amenities like child-sized bathrobes, step stools, and even a kids’ menu at the restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make our little ones feel welcome. The location is unbeatable. Right across from Haeundae Beach, with the sand just steps away. Within a short walk, you’ll find endless shops, fantastic restaurants, and cafes – perfect for grabbing a bite or strolling in the evening. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for the whole family. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.

JJenCaiIt’s such a beautiful hotel. Every view is aesthetic to the eyes. If one like to spend some time relaxing and have some quiet moments, here’s the place. It’s 20mins car ride to haeundae beach. The breakfast is expensive so we didn’t try. There is a 24hours shop that sells cup noodles etc. if walk nearby there’s lots of eateries from 11am onwards. Or you can either walk out to lottee mart or premium outlets. (About 20mins walk or 5mins car ride)

GGuest UserI was told check-in was from 6 PM, so I dropped off my suitcase and went out. It's behind the Lotte Hotel, and it wasn't dark even at night. The wall-mounted air conditioner's switch, whether on heat or off, seemed to only blow air, so the fan was always on. Apparently, it's a central control type operated by the front desk. I was worried about dryness and thought my throat might get sore, so I slept with a mask on. Since it was an ondol (heated floor) room, it wasn't cold when I slept. It was good that I could leave my suitcase even after check-out.

AAnonymous UserTook the local bus from Incheon (5h+ ride) which put me near Jungdong station. The hotel was about a 10min walk away. Great location, closest bus stop is about a 2min walk away and easy to get to the rest of Busan. 5min walk to the beach. Haeundae station itself is about a 10min walk away, and so is the Haeundae Intercity bus stop. Haeundae market is about 5min away, so accessible but away from the crowds. My room had a sofa and desk and a toilet, separate from the shower. The hotel has a sauna with four pools, two lukewarm with massage functions and one hot and one cold pool. It also has two steam rooms and they offer massage and scrub services for a fee. Guests get complimentary access but you have to request the ticket at the reception and bring soap and shampoo when you use the sauna (also available for purchase at reception). Sauna is open until 9pm (8.20pm last entry) but the room also gets hot spring water piped to it. Toiletries are available for purchase from the vending machines (or just grab them from the nearest convenience store or Daiso) The washer/dryer in the hotel was fast (~45min each cycle) and dried my clothes very well. There's a sky lounge on the 20th floor but I didn't use it. There was no breakfast offered at the time I stayed.

햇햇살하진맘The ocean view is fantastic. However, the cleanliness inside is a bit lacking. The dryer is rolled up with tape haha. Breakfast includes light toast, cereal, and fruit. There are many restaurants around, so it's not difficult to go out and eat.
