"Much better than I expected! The window view was great and the room was spacious. I suspect the hotel information is incorrect; it felt much larger than 18 square meters. The twin room actually came with two double beds, making it feel more like a quad room. They provided four slippers, four towels, and four bottles of water. It was very roomy for two people, though it might be a bit tight for four. The facilities were good, but the bathroom sink didn't have any space for toiletries – a clear case of cutting corners where they could and spending where they had to. The location is excellent, right across from the Canned Food Market. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but acceptable. The front desk wouldn't provide extra bottled water; there was only a water dispenser available. I only stayed one night, and the cleanliness was decent."

"Location was fantastic as it is right beside the Metro and also KTX train. Our family room has a cool jacuzzi or bathtub as well which is thoroughly enjoyed by our kids. however there is a certain lack of housekeeping commitment where little to none is done across the span of our 3 or 4 Night stay. We had to request for essentials like water and towel from recep when we came back dead tired about 9+pm and see no clean up happening."

Amazing
TTigerJamesThe pics of the photo are accurate and really nice. I’m glad I took the one with the sea view even though it was a smaller room. Paid a little extra as son was staying with us and was expecting him to sleep on the sofa but they provided a foldable mattress. The hotel staff (day to evening, sorry didn’t ask your name) was extremely helpful, giving us advise and recommendation on where to go as well as places to eat (ate two of them was super yummy). Did I mention again the view was good? Located near the cultural villages and even has a spa connected to the hotel. I think it would be perfect if I manage to get the larger room with a view. If go to busan again will definitely consider staying again.

AAnonymous UserStayed three nights in Busan. The hotel is right next to Mipo Station for the Capsule Train, and close to Busan X the SKY observatory. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, so the location is pretty good. My main complaint is about the hotel service. My Visa card couldn't be pre-authorized when I checked in, and I didn't have enough cash for the deposit. I explained to the front desk that I definitely wouldn't be touching the mini-bar. But when we got to the room, a housekeeper came in front of us, took a huge bag, and packed all the mini-bar items into it and took them away. Seriously, it was like we were thieves! Honestly, I've stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. I will definitely not be staying here again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was great, and the hot spring was a nice bonus. Since it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The lunch buffet for two was 1200 RMB. If you're vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you enjoy seafood, the abalone was quite good. Overall, I felt the dining wasn't great value for money. Perhaps Korean fruits are expensive. You can definitely find much better food outside the hotel for less. Unfortunately, I left a very important item behind. The hotel said I could pick it up next time I'm in Korea, but who knows when that will be! Next time you travel to Korea, pack light. It's a hassle to forget things. Eating and accommodation in Korea generally aren't cheap, but cosmetics and clothes are affordable and stylish. So, if you're planning a trip to Korea, don't bother bringing too many clothes – just buy them there.

QQingdaopijiutianxiadiyiThe best hotel in Busan! The ocean view rooms offer endless spectacular scenery! Gwangan Bridge stretches across Gwangalli Beach like a giant dragon! To the east, there's Dongbaek Island, and further east is Haeundae Beach, the number one beach in South Korea! The hotel's cleanliness and facilities are top-notch! Room service is also good. However, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience at check-in! I had booked a deluxe high-floor ocean view room for two nights and three days. The front desk staff assigned me the 10th floor. I requested a higher floor, and he said it would cost an additional 22,000 Korean Won. The hotel has 32 floors in total, and for a high-floor ocean view room that I booked, giving me the 10th floor felt like taking advantage of foreigners, didn't it? In the end, I had to pay extra to get moved to the 19th floor!

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, very close to the Haeundae subway bus station, it is convenient to walk to Haeundae Beach, and the pictures provided by the store are also very easy to find. There are 20 beds in a room, and there will be the sound of cars driving in the middle of the night on the street. People who are sensitive to sound should consider carefully. Other bathroom bathroom lockers and other facilities are quite good, and there are places to take a bath and steam. This weather is very comfortable to come back after blowing the cold wind on the beach.

GGuest UserThis stay was for an important business trip, and I was very satisfied with the convenience and efficiency I received, which are essential for a business trip. First of all, the spacious accommodations were comfortable enough for long hours of work on my laptop. What really stood out was the large television in the room. Beyond its size, it was clear and comfortable enough to watch for long periods without straining my eyes, a huge help in ending a tiring day of meetings and conferences. Furthermore, the hotel's excellent public transportation access, with subway and bus stops within walking distance, allowed me to efficiently manage my business trip without the stress of traveling in an unfamiliar city. This was a particularly important value for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect environment for business travelers, and I can confidently rate it as a place that delivers high satisfaction across its facilities, transportation convenience, and overall service level.

JJP koreaThis hotel did not restock our tea bags, they did not provide big enough towels, only hand towels, they also did not want to allow our guest to even enter our room for some reason he had to wait downstairs when we went to put our bags away. Rediculous. Also they have weird rules about the spa and gym you cant use them seperately you have to use it together and you can't leave otherwise you have to pay again! So useless.

GGuest UserThis was the perfect spot! It's close to Gwangalli Beach, with lots of entertainment options nearby, making it incredibly accessible. The ocean view floor-to-ceiling window brought so much joy to my partner and me. The complimentary Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and the bed was so comfortable we both slept soundly. This is definitely a place I'd consider staying at again on my next visit to Busan!
