"This is in Station 3, about a 3–4 minute walk to the front beach. The hotel faces the main road, which makes it very accessible to public transportation, especially when heading back to the jetty port. The only downside is the elevator wasn’t working. "My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay).
The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime.
Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying.
Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience."

"Everything was great. We had a family suite with 2 rooms, 2 showers, a kitchen-living room with a table, and a veranda where you could sit. Since there were two showers in the room, we never had any issues with waiting turns))). The location is excellent, you can walk to D'Mall. Yes, it might not be beachfront, but considering that stations 2-3 were often crowded, we always ended up leaving anyway. Breakfasts were decent; you could always find something to eat. No pastries, but they had watermelon, papaya, and bananas for fruit."

GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

GGuest UserIt truly lives up to its reputation as Boracay's premier hotel. The transfer service was exceptionally thoughtful, and the private jetty added a touch of exclusive luxury. The resort boasts comprehensive facilities, and the room amenities are impeccably maintained. It's wonderfully quiet, and the service is discreet yet incredibly attentive and considerate.

KKonstantinSUThis is a great hotel – new, stylish, with lovely and friendly staff always ready to help. The reception area smells wonderful (Mancera Instant Crush). Our room had everything we needed, even two sinks. The view from the room wasn't great, but the rooftop offers fantastic views of both the sunsets and the beach. There's a pool on the top floor where you can also get towels. If you need beach towels, just tell them your room number, and they'll hand them to you on the right as you exit the hotel. We weren't entirely impressed with the breakfast; the selection of main dishes was quite modest, but there was an abundance of pastries.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

The hotel staffs are really nice, very accommodating They also have a a really good breakfast buffet um so far every day they change their menu, which is really great and it's like typical like authentic Filipino food over the experience was really great we would definitely book again

GGuest UserWe stayed in the Garden with Pool room for 4 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the fact that the room is on the ground floor might make it slightly more prone to noise/disturbance as it was right next to the hotel's main pool and on the same level as the restaurants. The toilet does seem to be a little worn down. Breakfast spread is decent, however food quality can definitely be improved. Hotel is located at the end of the beach stretch so it takes about 20minutes walk to Station 2 where most of the shops/restaurants are located. The pay-off is that the beach right in front of the hotel is definitely quieter. Hotel does provide shuttle to Station 2 though, for those who prefer not to walk. Round trip transfers to and fro the airport were well coordinated.

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day.
We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
