The property and surrounding grounds were clean and well maintained; however the service and amenities were disappointing as our room was never serviced during our stay and coffee only available until 9a.m....this is something you can usually find throughout the day.
Otherwise, desk staff were pleasant and we enjoyed the clean fitness room.

I decided to stay at this property after a friend of mine suggested that I try a Courtyard for my next trip. I normally stay with Hilton but decided to give it a try. The hotel staff was friendly upon check in, and the room and facility was clean and well maintained. The issue I have is that they try to nickel and dime you for everything. Most places with similar prices to this hotel have a complimentary continental breakfast included with your stay. This hotel didn't. Most places at least have coffee in the lobby for their guests. I was informed I could purchase coffee from the cafe. This is normally what you would expect at a lower price point hotel. I will be sticking to Hilton in the future.

Only complaint for me I was denied a late check out… traveling with 3 kids that extra hour would have made a huge difference for me.
And is the difference between a good stay and a perfect stay

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and up-to-date. In my opinion they have the best showers of any hotel I have stayed at. The staff is friendly. The area has everything you need food, shopping etc. All close by and walking distance if you want.
