Great, a very unique experience. The fried rice made by the landlord is delicious. The big black dog is very well-behaved. The male owner can speak English, but not Chinese. The bedroom environment is very good. The only small drawback is that one or two trains will pass by at night. . The male host will help me book a travel package and take us to the city in the morning.

It is actually quite a run-down place owned by a Chinese family. The bathroom light pretty much doesn't work, it always switches on and off by itself (host says it's daylight saving) and I pretty much just had to get used to bathing without light. Shower water pressure is weak, but there is hot water. Bed is quite hard. The walls are stained and generally the place is quite old. Location is just abit away from the main town. They have EV bikes you can rent for 180k kip. I wouldn't stay here again, but I think if you are someone who is okay with these amenities, it is bearable.

Overall, it was a good stay! Location is perfect as it's the night market in front of the guest house. The air conditioning does not work well and still warm even at 16 degrees. The breakfast options were very basic (bread, an egg, coffee, some fruits, etc.) I stayed at another guest house in the area and the breakfast options (buffet) was amazing!

Good value for money .. Please clean the room ... Especially at 5 pm, the restaurant is very good value for money. It's closed early from 5 p.m. We have to get a seat in advance.
