Vang Vieng Hotels with Pools

The room is spacious, which is excellent for the price. What's also worth mentioning is the strong water pressure in the shower, which is rare to find in Vang Vieng, and the room even comes with a bathtub. There's also a small pool. Breakfast is good, and there's an à la carte option available. The freshly squeezed juice is great. The front desk staff and servers are all nice; one server even speaks Chinese. The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof, especially the two outermost balcony rooms with multiple glass doors, which not only lack sound insulation but also let in mosquitoes. However, the hotel's location is great, and you can get coffee anytime. There are seating areas both indoors and outdoors.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely amazing stay - it's clear that the owners take pride in their hotel. The pool and pool area is incredibly clean. The breakfast is fantastic, fresh fruit (varied and lots of it) contained in a fridge (so fresh, cold and no bugs like a lot of other hotels). Option of cooked breakfast every morning (eggs your way). The gentleman running the hotel is so helpful, he booked several tours for us, getting us a good price and being patient when we changed our plans several times. The communal areas are incredibly clean, the staff are always working hard doing something for the hotel. The location is excellent - walkable to everything in Vang Vieng, near some nice restaurants (Green, Vela, beats and bites). Everything in the room worked perfectly. The shower had great pressure and great temperature. Bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was loaded with apps to watch TV (we used Plex as it had English language shows and films). The bathroom has soap, shampoo and fresh towels daily. The rooftop is amazing, we actually used this instead of going to rooftop bars. The hotel sells beer in the fridge at reception. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Genuinely we could not find any fault with this hotel at all, we over heard many guests booking to stay extra nights expressing how happy they were with the stay at the hotel and the breakfast.

The room was spacious and had a balcony, very clean and tidy. There's a small pool downstairs, and the overall environment is lovely. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the rooftop terrace. The front desk service was warm and attentive, though I needed a translation app to communicate – it would be even better if they had staff who spoke Chinese. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Vang vein savanh sunset view resort was good. They even allowed me before check-in time. location not far from the railway station it take max 20 around by vehicle. A little far from main centre and walking street around 1km walkable. Hotel room was spacious, clean & neat. Have a big swimming pool. They provide free breakfast which is ok. And helped to book the activities like hot air ballon and paramotoring. And tuk tuk to railway station.

An excellent hotel with a great overall experience. Everything went perfectly, from the service to the comfort of the rooms. The location is convenient, the place is well maintained, and the staff is very attentive. Definitely one of the best hotels to stay at in the area.

The stay was okay, but unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and didn’t even greet guests, which made me feel unwelcome. Also, the prices for renting a scooter were almost twice as high as at other places nearby. Overall, it was fine, but I expected a warmer atmosphere and fairer prices.

Its a nice hotel overlooking the Nam Song River with the nice view of Vang Vieng mountain ranges. However, its an old hotel and most of the tourists are chinese. One good thing is that its very accessible to the main street where you can book activities for paramotoring etc. Also, breakfast is good and quite filling, loved the soup. Overall, a good place to stay for a good price, esp that I was able to enjoy the view of the hot air balloons flying in the comfort of my balcony. View = superb 💯

This was my first time staying in a container hotel, and the experience was quite good. The room, though small, had everything I needed. It was super convenient as the main street of Vang Vieng was just a short walk over the bridge behind the hotel. What's really worth mentioning is the excellent service from the hotel concierge – they were always willing to help with anything and even provided pick-up and drop-off services at the station. I heard the area behind the hotel is going to be transformed into a commercial street, so I hope it keeps getting better!

We booked this knowing some of the reviews were not good and fully aware of what we were paying, so always take reviews with a pinch of salt. On arrival we were given our room, the bed was rock hard (never had anything like it), the room was in the top corner next to the road and we could hear chickens, people walking into the hotel and bikes/cars. Dreadful night sleep. In the morning we realized we had booked a Bungalow and so asked to be moved to what we had booked. We were allowed to select between 34 an 35. 35 was the better of the two. Bed was still rock hard but we were further from the noise. However the sink water did not drain it just poured onto the floor (worst thing I’ve ever experienced). By day 3 we had to ask for the room to be cleaned as wasn’t done every day. We had to ask for towels each day too. The breakfast was similar to other places in this price bracket.. eggs, toast and coffee from a packet. The pool was lovely and very clean and grounds were nice. We also rented bicycles which were great to explore some of the further away places. I think with some much needed TLC, a lick of paint here and there and more effort into cleaning this could be a great place to stay.
