3-Star Hotels in Kunshan

I don’t think I could ever give this hotel enough praise. The rooms were beautiful as was the location and scenery. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10, but what especially amazed me was how friendly and diligent the staff were. They were so kind, offering me free fruit and other snacks. One staff member gave me restaurant recommendations. I plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to any solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. 

I had a pleasant stay for almost a week here. The room is clean and hygienic, cozy design, comfortable and built in with Tech and Smart concepts, such as voice command, Projector Screen for TV, electronic toilet seat, automatic curtain, and robot delivery of takeaway meals. Comfortable bed and pillow. Besides that, free self service laundry service is available too. Foods are delicious, each stay includes 5 meals per day, breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner and supper ! Location convenient to Kunshan train station.

Our time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

Kunshan High Speed ​​Railway Hengshan Road Store is close to Kunshan Railway Station. The high-speed railway station is only 2.5 kilometers away from the railway station, which is very convenient for passengers taking the train. There are a variety of transportation options available in the surrounding area. Close to shopping centers, etc. Wanda Plaza and Sam's Club around Kunshan can meet your dining needs. There are leisure and entertainment venues and KTV bars near the hotel to enrich your life. The room is designed in a pure natural European modern style, showing the full sensory quality and restrained business atmosphere. It is fully equipped with soft and comfortable beds. Datang has a business reception area and a leisure area, and provides free freshly ground coffee and tea, providing a convenient communication place for business people. At the same time, the hotel also has a restaurant, conference room, self-service laundry room, etc. to meet the various needs of travelers. The front desk service attitude is very enthusiastic. When checking in and out, the procedures are efficient and fast. They can answer passengers' questions in a timely manner and provide surrounding services. The hotel provides some detailed services, such as free bottled water and tea upon check-in, thoughtful room service, etc., which make people feel the warmth of home. If you are on a business trip, Home Inn will give you a home-like feeling.

This inn is in such a beautiful location. I only stayed one night, but definitely want to come back and stay longer. The host was warm and friendly. We connected on WeChat the day before and she provide a waypoint for gps when booking a car. She met up with me in the pedestrian street outside of the town’s gate to guide me in and helped with the luggage. The location is very convenient. This is an ancient town so the street surfaces are stone slabs and uneven cobblestones. But going in is mostly smooth, cross one bridge and the inn is right there, about as close to the entrance and as least hassle as you can get. The waterway in front of the inn is travelled by the row boats whether they’re on the day or evening tour route so there’s plenty to people watch from the balcony. Overall a great place, great host, and highly recommended. Little tip, if you can store luggage at the airport or train station, take only what you need for your stay so you don’t have too much luggage to weigh you down for the trek in and out. The balcony rooms are walkup only.

During our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

Very nice spacious room, friendly staff, good neighborhood. Don't chose room that overlooks inner yard unless you want to wake up with sound of kids songs. When I came to my room I was greeted with empty water bottle on the floor at the door, as well spotted bits of trash here and there... Breakfast is good but don't expect anything western except of toasts and coffee. Other than that I liked my stay, nice and quiet (most of time). Also there is swimming pool in sports center 5 min away from hotel :) and cafes

I cannot recommend this place enough, like living inside a magical fairytale! Zhouzhuang itself is one of the most beautiful places I've visited, and getting to live in a hotel that looks right out of history but with all modern comforts was such a special experience! The room was spacious and beautiful, with large, comfortable beds, and a nice, big clean bathroom. Outside it was a beautiful courtyard with a large osmanthus tree in full bloom, the scent perfuming the air whenever we left the door open. The owner, Fei, was super friendly and helpful - we communicated through the hotel's wechat beforehand and she came to meet us at the nearest gate to the ancient town to help guide us through getting tickets, and then helping us carry our luggage to the hotel. On the day we left it was raining, and not only did the hotel staff carry our luggage back outside the town, we were given umbrellas to keep so we wouldn't get wet while waiting for our didi ride. The hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants and little snack shops and juice bars around, so finding delicious things to eat and drink is easy. We stayed here while heading over to Suzhou to visit the gardens, it's about an hour's taxi drive away. A very immersive cultural experience! A magical stay all around, I really hope I will be able to come back and visit again one day!

I arrived at 8 p.m., but they picked me up at the parking lot after I dropped off my taxi, making it a comfortable stay. It was almost right past the ticket office, which was really convenient if you have a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and clean, and the terrace offered a beautiful view. It was hot in the middle of summer, so I couldn't stay outside for long, but I think it would be nice to have tea in the spring and fall. The air conditioning worked well. When I took a taxi back to Shanghai, they even took me to the taxi stand, so I was able to enjoy the ride comfortably even in the blazing sun. This was my second visit to Zhouzhang, but I felt so comfortable and relaxed that I'd like to come back again, alone, and stay a day or two.

The hotel is in a great location. It's conveniently located in the heart of the ancient town and offers easy access to scenic spots. The room is also very unique. The mattress is very soft, the pillows are just right, and it's very quiet at night. It was a very comfortable sleep. The owner is also very helpful and highly recommended.
