The was clean and and had everything you need. It was just a little crowded and hard to move around due to the relaxing chair.
The only complaint is that it was a non smoking room with an ash tray. Because if this the rooms pillows and the entire room smelt like smoke and this was unbearable for a non smoker like me.
The staff was helpful and friendly.

1、電視機打開直接卡死，無法觀看，網絡太差。2、廁所馬桶無法上，因為馬桶無法沖水。3、出現問題給服務人員反應，不給回覆，態度不好。

很滿意，而且免費升級了，房間朝陽，早上起來，陽光照進來，很愜意。前台服務也好。雖然一個人比較忙。不過很熱情。要是再多一個前台服務就好了。下個月出差還會再來住。

服務好，因為沒有早餐，前台服務員推薦崑山特色麪館，就在邊上，很美！酒店🌃美的了！衞生，設施都對的起這個價格。因為出去玩了，回來的晚，還幫我免費延時了2小時退房，很人性化。性價比超高

給酒店服務點贊，早晨走的比較着急，到了高鐵站才發現忘了件行李在酒店，本想直接回去拿行李又擔心誤車晚點，致電酒店前台後，前廳經理立馬幫忙打車送到車站，省去了來回的時間，就是忘了問經理姓名，酒店衞生隔音都好，值得推薦，下次去再當面感謝吧

一進房間感覺還可以的，可是一進衞生間卻發現馬桶居然沒沖水.我也震驚了，第一次遇到這種情況.打電話給前台説明情況，説給我兩張早餐券😂早餐券我沒領，請服務員上來給我消毒了一下馬桶.我看着枕頭也不太乾淨讓服務員幫我換一下，服務員沒答應更換，太晚了我也不想折騰了。這次酒店的入住體驗真的太差了.飄窗頂上的牆壁慘不忍睹.反正一晚都沒怎麼睡.（圖一是我進來看見沒沖馬桶的圖片，圖二是我沖水後的圖片）

1.大堂沒有垃圾桶，是為了垃圾分類撤出的麼，還是因為沒有PA阿姨打掃索性就撤了？入住時既沒有量體温又沒有要求出示健康碼，總枱服務員還不戴口罩，疫情遠沒有結束，防疫措施和意識非常差！
2.維也納會員永遠在這家維也納酒店積不了分，是假的維也納酒店嗎？
3.套房並非是先廳後卧，跟普通房間沒什麼兩樣，開門就是卧室，裏面是一間很小的頂多算個衣帽間吧，絕對上當！
4.衞生間門口居然看到一衹蟲子在爬，噁心之餘拿紙巾除去後又發現有小飛蟲！客房部蟲控消殺怎麼做的？
5. 空調開啟後無法調節温度，液晶面板是壞的，當把空調關閉後，由於氣壓變化，衞生間立即散發臭味，是沒有做存水彎加水還是壓根就沒做？
綜上，希望酒店能夠重視並做好整改工作！
