The mattress including latex pillows is very comfortable. There is no noise at night. The children sleep very sweetly. When I go to the beach every day, I have a very polite guy who picks me up. The guy and girl in the restaurant serve very well and will always meet my needs. The girl and guy at the front desk are warm, polite and patient. The boss, Xiaoying, handles problems in a timely manner and can see me every day. Seeing her busy back, either working or inquiring about the customers' needs, I wish sister Xiaoying a prosperous business and great wealth. I hope the aunties in the housekeeping department will know how to be flexible. In the morning, I asked the aunties on the first floor for a bottle of mineral water, but they refused to give it. One moment they said the boss wouldn’t let it, and the other moment they said there was no blind spot monitoring. The next moment they said they had to ask the front desk before they could give it to them. Now It makes the guests feel impersonal and very rigid. I watched other guests take mineral water. I still told the aunt about the situation before I took the water. She didn't agree. Should I not take the aunt seriously and not say hello in the future? Just get water?

Five stars for the environment are given to the location of the hotel. The beach is right at the door. It is very convenient to play in the water. The sand is also very fine. You can also pick up many small crabs and hermit crabs at night. In comparison, among the several hotels facing the beach in Forest Park, this one is considered the largest. The one star for hygiene is mainly given to the hotel restaurant. When I went to have the buffet breakfast in the morning, the garbage left by the guests who had seafood the night before was not confiscated. There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.

The boss and his wife are very enthusiastic and responsive. Our family needs a quilt for one person. I told her and sent it right away. But it’s so hot upstairs when the air conditioner is turned on in winter haha. During the Chinese New Year, there are no shops around. I looked at other comment areas before. There are restaurants recommended by the boss. The Chinese New Year is not open. After studying a circle, we drove to Wanda, Shangyu Xianziguan, it was delicious, many locals ate it.
