GGuest UserThe room is smaller than I thought, the location did close to Penn station however the neighbourhood don’t feel really safe. And need to be ready to wait for the elevator.
The most confusing thing is base on the descriptions from trip.com the room should come with breakfast, however, I didn’t receive any voucher the day I check in. And the next morning the reception told me the room didn’t come with breakfast.

KKevin_PhI stayed from. 28 Dec 2025 to 1 January 2026. My stay was amazing. I arrived in the airport and called the hotel for a transport pick up. The receptionist is friendly and assisted me immediately. At the check in. They were able to allow me to do an early check-in (11am) (subject to availability).
Breakfast is nice. And they have gym and laundry area. The location of the hotel is convenient. Near a train station and there is also a bus stop 20 meters away from the hotel.
Lastly, check out is fast and easy. I’ll definitely going to book another stay in this hotel if I am in New York.

Water easily splashes from the sink, so you have to be careful every time you wash your hands. I noticed some reviews mentioned feeling unsafe due to the mixed crowd in the area, but personally, I felt fine. I mean, train stations in China can be a bit 'fish and dragons mixed' too, so I understand.
There are plenty of food options nearby, and a supermarket as well.
The room was very clean, which is expected for a new hotel. Breakfast was standard for a quick hotel, pretty good actually, better than a lot of others.
We had a late flight the next day, so we checked out and stored our luggage. It was also really handy that there was a bank nearby where we could take care of some business.

The bed was heavenly — I honestly had the best sleep I’ve had in months. KKyle TanIt was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

Full review:
The main reason to book this hotel would be for its location. Its location in Tribeca is awesome. A number of destinations, particularly, wall street, the Brooklyn bridge, and the world trade center memorial, are walking distance. The rooms, however, are on the smaller end, and the hotel service is almost non existent. The facilities and amenities were acceptable.
Do note that the front desk is only in available from 9am to 11pm so if you encounter issues outside those times, it will be problematic.
For example, I was emailed the door key and room key a day prior to arriving. I printed the same in cause i had no internet service, as i was travelling from another country. I also emailed them through the email provided that we would be arriving at around 12 midnight. However, upon arriving at the hotel door, it would not work. I and my wife had to stay out, in the cold of new york city, with 5 luggages, for a good 30 minutes. We emailed them and used the online chat function, but both were useless.
We sat down in a nearby dunkin donuts to figure stuff out. and without any held from sonder or marriot, we found out that there was a discrepancy with the codes emailed and the codes in the app. Fortunately, my wife as able to rummage through the discrepancy and was able to acquire the appropriate codes. And thus, we finally able to get into the hotel and into our room.
Considering the price point of the rooms, aside from the location, this is not a good choice.
