Best Business Hotels in New York

Service was great but my daughter left her headphones in the room and we called lost and found right after we checked out and no one returned my call. Had to call like 4 times and when I was able to finally talk to a concierge they said that there were not there!

Great location to be at, it’s a very busy hotel.. You can request toiletries from the housekeeping if you forgot to bring your own. Very thoughtful housekeepers who kept the room tidy although I had lots of stuffed toys all over.

The hotel has a perfect location in a great area in Manhattan, just on Times Square. The rooms are tiny but new and confortable, it is a good value for money all in all considering location in Manhattan. Highly recommended, i will definitely be back soon again!.

The location is nice, close to Times Square. The hotel is clean, as other Hilton hotels. Breakfasts are good too, with very pleasant service. But there are some things that left that bitter feeling after my stay that I would like to share. 1. Destination charge. This is the second Hilton hotel in New York I have stayed at, and both charged additional USD35 for so-called destination fee per night. As the receptionist said, it’s MANDATORY. This 35 dollars are charged per day and the guest must use it the same day, they don’t even accumulate. How do you spend it? In the hotel restaurant or bar. What can you buy with it? Three bottles of drinking water, or two cans of beer…. Why am I forced to spend my money on the things that I don’t need and that are so overpriced? You already charged me for the room, and I happily paid for it. 2. The hotel page here shows a picture of “swimming”. It’s a rooftop swimming pool. I was excited to have a chance to spend some time in the pool. The reception said there was none. Please remove the picture from the page, as it is misleading. 3. There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable. Anyways, it was quite a pleasant stay despite these unpleasant details. Thank you.

We arrived 12pm and we checked in bc have room available without fees. Amazing 🥳 The location is perfect, 2 minutes walking to Times Square. The cleaning is very good. Everybody working was super nice and helpful. The only issue with AC but my days was cold and I never asked nobody at lobby (my fault) I highly recommend this location. Thank you

The hotel is in a great location. Fascinating view. Unfortunately, the lounge was closed from Friday lunchtime, making it unavailable for our stay :-( Nice staff at check-in. Unfortunately, important information wasn't provided (or was only provided after the second request) (that you have a $15 daily budget for the restaurant and kiosk). The correct billing of this budget on our check-out bill was also only corrected upon request. It could be better! And, larger sheets would be welcome, so they don't constantly slide off the bed.

Pod Times Square is perfect if you are solo, great location, room was basic but clean, cleaned every day, clean towels, hairdryer and tv. My view was of the Hudson River, what's not too like. Walking tours every day if you are interested. Bar facilities, including happy 2 hours and coffee, muffins etc available for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back. I stayed in a Queen room which slept two which was fine for me, just be aware if you are sharing as it is small but hey how long are you in your room in NYC.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay. For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber. Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay. We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns. After reading the reviews on here I wasn’t expecting too much from this hotel. I wanted to write some comments that reflect on the main themes I picked up (where they were similar and different). It seems I wasn’t charged the additional destination fee for my stay, although I had to ask a second member of staff to confirm as the first wasn’t clear. When I arrived for check in there was no wait. The staff member was not terribly friendly and welcoming. Of all the three hotels I stayed at in three different cities in the US, this stuck out as the poorest customer service. It wasn’t awful just not as welcoming as the other places. The information provided was not as clear and the general manner quite abrupt. The room was clean but the hotel generally was dated. The rooms didn’t seem fully clean or fresh but it was more that things were scratched, worn and dated rather than dirty. There were some stains on the carpet too. The location was, as others have said, excellent. I would have expected more for the price but it also was better than expected from reading some of the reviews on here.

During check in the asian young lady, she was not really polite, a bit rude, maybe it is normal in such a mass New York city, but for Intercontinental Hotel it shouldn’t be! She gave me handicap room, without any informing me! Later I had to wait 30 minutes in order to change it to another room. The new room window was broken, Room number 748, engineer came and could not fix, this took another 30-40 minutes. The bathroom I could find some blond hairs from previous tenants mostly, was not really clean. Price wise for such a service 500$ is too much, I would hardly pay even 200$ for such a services and conditions! I will not stay anymore in this hotel!
