GGuest UserThis is a total hidden gem in Mount Fuji area! The host was very very kind - She showed us how to use all the facilities including the onsen and sauna when we checked in with great details. She also kept in touch with in via email, assisting us in every way she could. She even welcomed us with drinks and snacks! As for the villa, it was very clean, spacious and cozy. It's also very well equipped with kitchenware and all the necessary amenities! They also have a family-owned restaurant which is just steps away from the villa. We enjoyed a shabu shabu dinner during our stay and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Thank you so much Kim for making our family vacation so enjoyable and memorable!

PPulediliangfanshiKTVlicungongAbsolutely loved this Airbnb! It's made up of individual villas nestled in the quiet fields at the foot of the mountains. You can even cook your own meals or have a BBQ at the villa. The owner's English is excellent, super standard! They also have lots of cats, one of them is named Xiaohua (Hana). The grandpa and grandma are both very kind and welcoming. There's a discounted, delicious hot dog sandwich shop right outside. Thanks for having me, I'll definitely be back!

SSze Yun LaiThe villa is very spacious and the service is great! They explained everything clearly during check in including the best time to watch sunrise with Mt Fuji. The breakfast room service was also amazing as we can eat in the garden with Fuji view. The thing that I love the most is the big bath tub with medicinal stones. Everything is great and highly recommended as the location is near the train station too!

MMaggiezqyThe hotel was very clean and quiet, and the surrounding scenery was pleasant. We could even see Mount Fuji directly from the hotel entrance. However, because it's in the mountains, there were a lot of flying insects, so we couldn't open the balcony door, which was a bit of a shame as we missed out on enjoying the outdoor hot tub on the terrace. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

AAwe..Property seems like a heaven. And location was awesome. But just the service was so bad. It have ruined our trip. Staff were not cooperative and they are not foreigners friendly. Rude and arrogant(male person in reception ). We had problem during stay which could be solved if the reception person have given information properly.

PPonchita BarabanovaHotel is incredibly cool! Located quite far from Kawaguchico station, but I would recommend to take a walk to it - the way takes about 25-30 minutes and it is very relaxing with fantastic views of Fuji. For the way back, if it’s needed, after check out you can take a free transfer bus to the station. We took a room in traditional style, and it is amazing experience! Kaiseki supper and breakfast are exciting, service is excellent! Public bath is not tattoo friendly, so we couldn’t use it, but we booked private bath while checking in and it was a great experience as well.
Hotel has an observation roof where you can see both Fuji and Kawaguchiko lake. I wish we have stayed for longer, but had not much time and booked only one night.

GGuest UserExcellent value for money! The hotel includes meals, and the balcony offers perfect views of Mount Fuji and the sunrise/sunset over Lake Kawaguchiko. The service was also great and very responsive, and the front desk staff could speak Chinese. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing; the balcony and rooms really test one's tolerance for noise. If the couple next door was loud or arguing, you could hear it very clearly. Overall, it's a great choice, especially if you go during the off-season!

GGuest UserThe room is large and the bed is a capsule hotel type. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for friends traveling together. But it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is quite convenient. There is a kitchen for cooking. The scenery is very good under Mount Fuji.

AAnonymous UserBeautiful resort located at Motosu Lake area, a quieter and more relaxing location for those who drive.
Rooms are renovated, clean and new.
Onsen is good, not crowded during our stay.
Games Room operating time from 4 pm to 9.30 pm.
Breakfast and dinner are good.
The autumn leaves at the resort are beautiful, red, yellow and orange.
This resort also catered to large tour groups but we didn't encounter any issues.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
