This hotel next to JR Station offers amazing views! The room window is like a beautiful painting. The front desk staff, who spoke some Chinese, was lovely and we had a great chat in both English and Chinese. The complimentary item shown in picture 3 was so romantic, I just had to sit there for a while even though I was stuffed from dinner. Three days and two nights weren't enough to explore everything. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. On the fourth day, I headed to my next stop, a flight to Kumamoto.

The room is considered spacious as compared to those in Tokyo. Located within 10 mins walk from Nagoya station which makes it convenient and strategic. Biggest plus point has to be the public bath! Check in and check out process were hassle free and smooth! Will definitely book again if we visit Nagoya again!

Location a little bit off the bustling sakae area, have to walk like 10-15min to reach dondondonki, room is comfy, with good lighting, there’s a few laundry machine to use, public bath is ok I felt the water is not hot enough otherwise is well equipped.

Upon checking in, the front desk provides a tablet for guests to enter all their details, after which you receive a room door code. The room looks exactly like the photos, with the only drawbacks being a noticeably dirty sofa and carpet, and the hotel's somewhat remote location. The only nearby attraction is Osu Shopping Street; getting to other places feels quite a distance away. On the positive side, the fridge is large, and there's a washing machine, a small oven, and a microwave, along with a kitchenette for cooking. If only adults are staying, each person can download the Loop shared electric assist bicycle app, as the hotel has a station on the ground floor, and other nearby stations are also quite easy to find bikes at.

Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya Sakae is an unmanned apartment-style hotel that strikes an excellent balance for both leisure and business travelers. Its biggest draw is the feeling of having your own apartment in Nagoya, rather than a typical hotel room. Each unit is fully equipped with a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine, allowing you to pack light for multi-day stays and cook your own meals if you tire of eating out. The hotel boasts new-build cleanliness and a minimalist, white-themed interior that's very Instagrammable, making it popular with younger guests and female groups. Its prime location within walking distance of Sakae's bustling entertainment district, coupled with relatively quiet nights, is also a major plus. On the other hand, it's an unattended, self-check-in hotel, so those looking for the extensive hospitality or luggage storage services of a traditional hotel might find it unsuitable. However, the seamless check-in process via smartphone and the private, undisturbed space perfectly align with modern travel styles. Overall, it's an ideal choice for anyone prioritizing value for money while seeking the comfort and convenience of a home away from home.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complimentary toiletries were of excellent quality, and we appreciated being able to choose them ourselves. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it easy to grab a bite even late at night. We were disappointed that we couldn't store our luggage for two days after checking out, but we understand their policy.

Hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya station, staff are courteous and able to converse in English. The room is spacious and amenitiea are well stock. A surprise that the hotel offer a welcome drink voucher per person for redemption for a drink on the menu, such as juices, coffee, tea, beer etc. There’s Lawson across the road and 7-11 a few steps away. Would stay here again.

The hotel is just a short walk from Nagoya Station, with easy access to JR lines, subways, buses, and long-distance trains — making it a very convenient base for exploring the city and beyond. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel offers useful facilities such as coin laundry and vending machines. The staff were nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.

I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.
