GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

Our visit to Xiongan New Area, thanks to Huanhuan's attentive service, made our trip to Xiongan New Area exceptionally wonderful and unforgettable. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Huanhuan greeted us with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Many five-star hotels may have lobby managers, but not Wyndham's butler service. Whether handling check-in, explaining the hotel facilities, or answering our questions about Xiongan New Area, she was unfailingly patient and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Huanhuan provided weather updates, Xiongan tourist guides, and dinner reservations. Every detail was thoughtful and thoughtful, allowing us to experience the warmth of Wyndham's hospitality through Huanhuan, adding to the wonderful atmosphere that permeated the entire hotel during our Xiongan trip.
Especially touching, Huanhuan, upon learning that someone in our group had a birthday, prepared a surprise for us. During dinner at the hotel, a bowl of longevity noodles, a small cake, and a glass of mellow red wine quietly appeared on the table. The surprise and joy of that moment were beyond words. GGuest UserSo close and so beautiful to Hebei for the weekend. A thousand-year plan, Xiongan, the city of the future, is a place I have always wanted to visit. The hotel was chosen at the Exhibition Hotel, and Ctrip had booked it in advance.
The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean, and the front desk service is standard and friendly. There is a free underground garage. There are many high-rise buildings in the Xiongan business center area. It is said to be the earliest business building group in Xiongan. There are many delicious food in the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast is quite satisfactory and the food is fresh. The salted duck eggs in Baiyangdian are good! It ends at 9:30.
Check-out is convenient and the deposit arrives quickly.
All in all, the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude.
