stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

Literally on Cloud 9(0) Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta in a Pacific Club Room, with access to the 90th floor Pacific Club Lounge—the tallest hotel club lounge in Indonesia—with spectacular views across Jakarta. The afternoon tea, evening cocktails with champagne and extensive breakfast were all excellent. The “Happy Sleepers” programme was a lovely touch too, with a drawn bath, pillow mist, and chamomile tea with biscuits waiting in our room. Our room was sooo comfortable and well appointed, but it was the warm, sincere and excellent service that made our stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Jessen, Van, Indah and the Pacific Club team, who went out of their way to look after us. We highly recommend Pan Pacific Jakarta, and a Pacific Club Room is a must. Quite literally, a stay on Cloud 9(0)!

The room is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. It's centrally located in the CBD, and you can access the adjacent Lotte Mall directly from the second floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Ascott Jakarta. The location offers easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. We especially appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything clean and pleasant throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families and groups!

The facilities are a bit old, but overall it's alright. They have a swimming pool with clean water and not too many people, which is a shame because I was on a business trip and didn't have much time to enjoy it. The room was a bit small but well-equipped.

The room's style continues the hotel's industrial and pop art design, with white bedding complemented by colorful artwork on the walls, creating a visually distinctive look. The room is about 32㎡, with a rather compact layout, especially the entrance area. The cleanliness and soundproofing are quite stable, but the decor might not be the newest. 🍚Breakfast Breakfast is served at Collage All Day Dining on the L floor. Weekdays: 6:00-10:30 AM, Weekends: 6:30-11:00 AM 🏋️ Amenities The 1F has a 24-hour gym with good natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, well-equipped with treadmills, strength machines, a free-weight area, and a punching bag. On the same floor, there's also an outdoor pool, spa, and sauna. The pool is open until 6:00 PM during your stay. This Pullman is ideal for shopping holidays and business travelers in West Jakarta. The hotel's artistic design is a standout feature.

The room was great. I booked it for a week and had a wonderful stay every day. The room rate was reasonable and not expensive. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel facilities were good, including a spa and gym. The restaurant food was also excellent, with many options, including dishes from all over the world.

This was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

Fraser Residence Menteng exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well-designed with great functionality. Above all, the service was truly outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely return!

I had a great stay at Oakwood PIK Jakarta. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport or if you plan to explore the PIK area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including a water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and even a cooking area, which made the stay feel very convenient and homely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.
