stayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day. The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

This hotel was exceptional and definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was unforgettable and all the staff were approachable and ready to have a good chat. My family and I interacted with lots of bubbly staff with excellent service at the breakfast. The staff at the lobby were no different, they spontaneously helped us to open the doors and pull our luggages with friendly words of greeting. The concierge workers were also a great help with finding our way around the big city of Jakarta, and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. Additionally, they allowed us to check out late at 1pm even with the limited vacancies. When we accidentally dropped our bags on the floor, one concierge lady even rushed to help us pick them up. The room itself was clean and spacious with no bad odours, and the beds were extra comfortable with their memory foam pillows. Complementary water, milk, tea and coffee was also provided. The breakfast on the 90th was another memorable feature. There was a cold section and hot section for the food, and a menu you could order from. For drinks, the highlights were customizable freshly grinded juice and homemade tea with table service on a cart. The same floor also had a great view of the city skyline (I reccomend the night view and sunrise if your an early riser). The indoor pool and gym is a great stop for a cooldown if you need a break from the heat, or just want to have a workout. Both facilities were clean and convenient. The location was another big hit, the hotel was right in the middle of centeral Jakarta, and a short walk away from a bus station and MRT, along with a bunch of malls/plazas with lots of great places to eat and drink. I'd definitely come back to this hotel, and I strongly recommend you to try it out.

Traveling for business with multiple colleagues, we stayed together and hung out in the living room. We'd definitely choose this place again next time! The dining area is very spacious, perfect for meetings and cooking. Having drinks there is also a great bonus. Keep up the good work!

Everything was good.I was surprised upon entering the room as it was decorated for my advance birthday.The rooms were huge but the set back was that the interior furnitures are outdated and the breakfast was very limited.Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and i dont mind returning to this hotel again if i were to come to jakarta again due to its strategic location and i will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

When I first entered the hotel lobby, I was very excited, the place looked grand and impressive, perfectly matching its name. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the lobby smelled fresh and pleasant. However, once I received my room, I was shocked. The room was very small, outdated, and dimly lit. The bathroom was cramped and narrow. Housekeeping was slow, when I returned from lunch, the room had not yet been cleaned. When they finally arrived, I only asked them to replace the towels and replenish the coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Since the bed had not been made that morning and I simply went straight to sleep, leaving it as it was, my power bank, which I had used earlier, was left behind and possibly hidden under the pillow. Unfortunately, it was my mistake not to check carefully before checking out the next day. I did send an email to the hotel regarding this, but I have not received any reply until now. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the spread was both plentiful and appealing. And the hotel was just within walking distance of the nearby mall.

The room is about 32㎡, with a rather compact layout, especially the entrance area. The cleanliness and soundproofing are quite stable, but the decor might not be the newest. 🍚Breakfast Breakfast is served at Collage All Day Dining on the L floor. Weekdays: 6:00-10:30 AM, Weekends: 6:30-11:00 AM 🏋️ Amenities The 1F has a 24-hour gym with good natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, well-equipped with treadmills, strength machines, a free-weight area, and a punching bag. On the same floor, there's also an outdoor pool, spa, and sauna. The pool is open until 6:00 PM during your stay. This Pullman is ideal for shopping holidays and business travelers in West Jakarta. The hotel's artistic design is a standout feature.

This was our first hotel in Jakarta with the kids, and overall, it was pretty good. While it might not quite measure up to the Shangri-La, for the price, I think it offers incredible value for money. The kids' play area was decent too. I even saw a staff member meticulously folding towels, which showed a good attention to detail. The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent—conveniently close to many attractions and business areas while still being peaceful and quiet. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Fraser Residence Menteng to anyone visiting Jakarta. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

I had a great stay at Oakwood PIK Jakarta. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport or if you plan to explore the PIK area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby. The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including a water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and even a cooking area, which made the stay feel very convenient and homely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.
