The location is strategic. The staff are friendly and helpful. The communication with the hotel is quick. The rooms have good amenities. Great value. We found many tips from the manager. The hotel also help arrange for transportation and tours.

Little cosy place by the fort! Very clean room with fresh and soft bed and pillows! Newly renovated! Nice terrace with a little view of the sea! Thanks for everything Jeffrey and thanks Rokia for helping me to the busstop! I can highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed 2 nights at this place. The location is centrally located in Stone Town, walking distance to all the Stone town landmarks, also the local souvenir shops are right outside the hotel. In the evenings you can walk to the local Forodhani night food market by the ocean, it is very convenient location to walk to any places in stone town. The rooms are very clean there is an aircon and free Wi-Fi in the rooms also hot water , the bed is very comfortable with clean linen. The staff are super helpful they helped us, plan our excursions. I would highly recommend to stay here and would return back anytime. Thank you to the staff Jafri and Rukia.

What an amazing wonderful and lovely place like this, first has a beautiful rooftop terrace where you can see the old fort, Forodhani food market clearly and on the other side a "House of Wonders" looks back to you wow!!!! Mohsin is great and excellent host very helpful guy.

What a beautiful little hidden gem. Absolutely love the place and the warm hospitality. Nice and busy neighbourhood but the vibe of the place is nice. Mohsin is a great host. Easy to walk around the city And to the street food place which you should
