The above hotel in Italy is classed as a 4☆ hotel, so I was expecting decent food but I would class it as a 2☆. The food was the worst I've ever had, the dinners were disgusting and the breakfast very poor. One of the courses was always pasta with fish but no fish ever appeared with that. We laughed, as on our last night our potatoes was a plate of crisps in the middle of the table, and mostly the food was lukewarm. I never saw this before in my life. The staff were hopeless and didn't know what they doing and the so called boss was extremely rude and shouted at people. The bar was practically non existent near the reception and there was rarely a bar man in sight, nobody seemed to have any training or had any English. The Travel Department should not use this hotel, it was outside the town and also located in a bad place.

Hotel was appalling. It felt like they had already closed for winter, that we were a major inconvenience. Spa was closed for our week. None of the staff wanted to be there, BUT they didn't want us there either. Bar very poor, on day 1, we asked for a soft drink, we were offered Tonic water, nothing else available. I purchased Sprite in local supermarket next door. It was downhill from there. Threadbare towels, T-towels for hand towels in bathroom, plastic shower curtain hanging off rail. I don't have enough space to continue. We were with a tour group, so were stuck here. Would most definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quiet a distance from the village a very steep hill to the village very dark at night. The food was quite poor and despite the wine being purchased in euro shop next door for a few euro was €25 to order with dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite traditional, comfortable hotel. Rich breakfast, good food, spacious common areas and welcoming rooms. Old-style but not uncomfortable bathroom. My favorite area was the spa and beauty center, really pleasant in furnishings and services.

Sono stata con due mie amiche e abbiamo riscontrato diverse mancanze. La Spa era bella e pulita, veniva offerta solo una tipologia di tisana e non c’era nient’altro da consumare. Ho chiamato la reception per chiedere se venissero date in dotazione le ciabattine, mi è stato risposto di sì per poi scoprire alla fine del soggiorno che c’era un costo aggiuntivo da pagare. I materassi e i cuscini erano duri. Per quanto riguarda la colazione ci hanno detto che una volta consumato il caffè non si poteva più tornare perché sarebbe stato addebitato un ulteriore costo come se si stesse consumando una seconda colazione. A conferma di ciò quando sono scesa da sola per fare colazione mi è stato anche detto “ lei è la terza?”! Inoltre la qualità del cibo non era adeguata al prezzo pagato. Bella la spa ma non ci tornerei.

Spa piccolina ma con l'essenziale e ben tenuta.Hotel datato ma bello con ampi spazi ,belle camere e personale della reception molto gentile. Migliorerei il ristorante,si mangia bene ma in un 4 stelle mi aspetterei qualcosa di più elaborato . Esperienza molto positiva.

Il punto di forza dell'hotel è senza dubbio la Spa: è davvero eccezionale! In acqua ci sono getti idromassaggio di tipo diverso, cromoterapia e docce con getti vari. Noi abbiamo avuto tre ore al giorno incluso nel prezzo. Abbiamo avuto una bella camera, la 209, molto grande e comoda. L'albergo è abbastanza vicino al centro ed è dotato anche di una piscina all'aperto e di un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Non metto la quinta stella perché dovrebbe migliorare secondo me la colazione (una maggiore scelta di salumi e la possibilità di avere l'uovo strapazzato e non solo sodo). Comunque ci tornerei.
