The windows were not clean, still had fingers and had marks from previous renters, the kettle was broken so the boiling water spilled and burned me. The pots provided were dirty from previous use, the basin tap in the bathroom was too close to the basin so I had to use a cup to rinse my mouth, and the shower head points at the door that does not seal properly, so after a shower the room is flooded with water.
