I found our room to be very nicely arranged and it appeared to be clean. The staff members were very accommodating and helpful. I think we might make this our regular stay for when we come to this area.

Excellent location. The room needed more thorough cleaning between guests- full vacuum, new towels, fresh sheets (not pilly).

The late check in was very easy and well explained. The accomodations we needed for a late check out were extremely helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and even smelled fresh. Nice and quiet stay.

Inattentive, inexperienced, ill-informed, often absent, part-time front desk personnel. No amenities. Locked up like an armed camp. Way over-priced for a marginal lodging experience.

Terrific location for all of downtown Ketchum's shops and restaurants and a short walk to Sun Valley. My third floor room had an amazing view of Bald Mountain. Loved having a balcony.
