Disappointing Stay at DoubleTree Miami
Unfortunately, my stay at DoubleTree Miami was far from pleasant. The hotel feels very outdated — both the building and the room. The atmosphere was honestly a bit creepy. Only one staff member was at the front desk, which made the check-in process slow and unwelcoming.
Overall, I felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. Definitely not the experience I expected from a Hilton-branded hotel.

Amazing front desk attention, The supervisor in charge of cabana on August 2, 2024 was extremely rude, bad attention. Location excellent.Valet parking awesome.👏

This is a fantastic location, the rooms are dated however, roomy with all the necessary amenities including a jacuzzi.
My only complaint is I asked for a later checkout which was not recorded by front desk, came back from the beach to be told to check out now before being charged, really disappointing end to a fantastic holiday.
