When we checked in, we got our keys - made it to our door & the keys didn’t work. Had to go back to desk and activate the key. When the key was activated, we walked into a room that was being used already. We had to go back to the main desk, & tell them the room was in use. They gave us a new room, and when we got to that room, our key didn’t work again. We had to go re-activate the key, and when we walked into the room the lights were on, the toilet was disgusting, and the shower to the drain was not draining. We then called the front desk for a new room. We got another new room and the front desk guy proceeded to say “I’m sorry i was on vacation and I’m not even supposed to be working here right now.” We get our 3rd room finally & the toilet was still disgusting and there was no shampoo / conditioner / or soap in the dispensers. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hotel in my life.
