隔音效果太差，入住不要住底樓，馬桶沖水聲音很大，窗簾無語，早上透光，那個設計的一點也不專業，外面的竹凳子衞生太差不敢坐，跟五星級酒店比還差一大截

整體入住和就餐體驗很好。入離店前廳服務人員微笑相迎且在主動奉茶，服務熱情高；房間內設施都比較新，尤其床品非常舒適，親膚感很好；馬桶自帶坐圈加熱，在大冬天還是很舒服的；另外酒店自備用餐餐廳，餐廳菜品精緻，很有江南風情。總體感受很好，值得體驗。

酒店新裝修，設施環境都不錯，關鍵洗手間和床頭都放了酒精棉片，細節感滿滿！特別表揚下酒店的前台姐姐，熱情，幫助加熱了包子還送到房間
