Crowne Plaza Hotels in Suzhou

Awesome hotel strategically located at Jinji Lake. Very convenient for shopping at Suzhou Centre Mall and the Suzhou landmark parabolic tower. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in particular Jessie spoke very good English who made our stay very enjoyable with our birthday celebrations and free cake and decorations. Thanks for the impeccable service.

The hotel looks very luxurious and covers a large area. The Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn are connected together. The lobby is very spacious. The underground garage goes directly to the first floor lobby to the Crowne Plaza. The concierge was very polite to help with the luggage and let us wait on the very nice sofa. We checked in quickly and were told that we were given a king-size bed room on the executive floor. The design of the room is very bold, and the bathroom is made of transparent glass, which is very transparent. I also like the design of the washbasin, which is fully open. It is a new hotel with a new design. My family is very satisfied 😀 and will stay there again in the future.
