酒店位於市中心地段，外出購物非常方便，樓下就是地鐵口，酒店整體服務人員素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住都非常流暢。

先不説酒店環境，在這個酒店住了一晚，晚上用洗面奶洗了臉，第二天收拾行李換到另一個酒店，打開行李發現洗面奶忘拿了，打電話給酒店，説在房間內沒發現，雖然不是什麼貴重的東西，但是這個事我理解不了。

太太太吵，毫不誇張是目前住過最吵酒店，樓下KTV音響樓上類似拳擊還是桌球持續的撞擊聲，夾雜隔壁吵架聲，到凌晨兩三點都無法入睡。訂單顯示帶窗户，結果是玻璃窗外一堵牆，頂上開個洞

隔音很差隔音很差隔音很差，各個房間不隔音也就算了，樓層間也不隔音，半夜都能聽見樓下ktv唱歌，房間是那種假的內窗，不通風，整個房間都很悶，房間七繞八繞很難找，半夜還能聽見隔壁在走廊上大聲講話，差差差！

帶長者出去玩，臨時住一晚，安排長者住下，出去玩，房間味道太燻人，長者不懂換房，一直薰的咳嗽忍受到半夜三點我回來，衹能開窗開空調開排氣勉強睡一下。。。長者特生氣，説住的最差的一次旅館，以後再也不住這裏

前台接待非常熱情，衞生很好，樓下吃東西的也多，逛街方便，周圍交通也很便捷，樓下就是地鐵2號線站台，還送了小禮物，兩個寶寶很開心。

位置特別好，下樓就是地鐵口，交通特別方便，到火車站到山塘街，拙政園都不遠，而且萬達裏有好多吃的，早餐雖然不豐富，但是有星程城的一碗麪。
