Clean and large rooms with impeccable customer service. The location is also excellent as it is just 1 street across the touristy shopping district Ping Jiang Rd where you can shop for souvenirs and dine till late.

Great location, clean and staffs are helpful. Opp ping jiang area where there’s many place to walk and shop. There’s gym and laundry room on the same floor as the one I stay which is super convenient

Stayed 2 nights with family in the Hello Kitty room, the kids were thrilled, room was spacious, clean and in great condition. Staff were helpful and attentive. Hotel is located close to amenities, eateries and directly across to Ping Jiang Rd which has plenty of speciality shops. We thoroughly loved our time at Suzhou and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Pingjiang lu is directly opposite the hotel. 15 mins ride to Suzhou railway station. Room is spacious and clean, shower water is strong, heater consistent 👍

Hotel is located conveniently in Suzhou downtown, just opposite the walking street. Hotel staffs were friendly, and helped with the check in & check out fast. The room we stayed had no view, just a window with a view of concrete wall.

Clean rooms, excellent customer service, wonderful amenities, loved the bidet toilet and plush slippers, and the location of the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Suzhou right across from Pinjiang Pedestrian Street and an incredible view of the Twin Pagodas from the hotel rooms. Will definitely be coming back in the future and staying at Mercure Suzhou City Center!

Strategic location, breakfast was great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Walking distance ping Jiang road and shuang ta market. The metro is about 500m away.

Overall the hotel is in a good location, just opposite the tourist area - Pingjiang Road. It was a pity that the hotel driveway was having works as it made taking of didi really tough with the heavy traffic around. It was wonderful that they provide a laundry room that is FOC, but we met terrible hotel guests who removed my family clothes from both washer and dryer when they were still wet. More consideration into how such acts could be prevented could be in place. Hotel breakfast and gym were both basic. Special mention to Front Desk Officer Amanda (on duty on evening of 28 Dec) whose service was excellent.

good customer service and helpful staff. got free upgrade to family room and it is spacious and clean. some eateries nearby but easier to get around with Didi. breakfast buffet is ok, the usual chinese fare and some some Western bread and coffee.

The hotel is nice and clean and conveniently located just opposite Pinjiang Road which has lots of shops and eateries. The hotel staff are nice and friendly and have warm tea catered for the guests especially in the cold weather.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. Both accommodated us in a friendly manner and kindly arranged our rooms to our liking, patiently answered questions, and even went as far as to recommend places to eat after overhearing our discussion on lunch. The check-in process was speedy and efficient; we were soon showed to our rooms after only a few minutes of waiting. The rooms were cosy and homey, and the breakfast is decent taste wise with a wide and healthy selection of different cuisines. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with exceptional service.
