When driving to Chikan Ancient Town, Liyuan, and Zili Village Diaolou for sightseeing, staying at the Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel is the best choice. It's not far from any of the attractions. The hotel seems to be an older 5-star establishment. The front desk staff were very welcoming and kindly arranged our two rooms together for our family, which was convenient for us to stay in touch. The hotel has plenty of parking, unbeatable river views, and a rich and varied breakfast. I'll definitely recommend Kaiping Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel to friends and guests in the future.

We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

Every Chinese New Year when I visit relatives in Enping, I stay here. They have everything from dining to entertainment, and it's right in the city center. There's even a laundry room, so I don't have to worry about washing clothes when staying for several days – highly recommended! They also provide complimentary cookies and milk every night, which is a lovely touch.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

Pros: The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, and the corridor in Zone B on the first floor has a very local character. The front desk staff were very kind and upgraded my room during check-in. The hotel's location is also quite convenient. Cons: I suspect the hotel's restaurants and recreational facilities are outsourced, so the service in these areas is rather mediocre. Especially the buffet restaurant, the staff at the entrance had a very poor attitude, and the variety and quality of ingredients for the dinner buffet were not up to a four-star hotel standard. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was the worst I had during my stay in Taishan. Suggestions: The carpets in the hotel guest room corridors should be cleaned regularly. While accommodating a large number of tour groups and outsourcing restaurants & recreational facilities might guarantee hotel revenue, establishing a good reputation for the hotel is also very important.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The decor is modern and minimalist, simple yet cozy and stylish. Our room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view – I loved relaxing on the sofa and scrolling on my phone. So, so relaxing! The front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded our room, plus she told us about the outdoor pool on the second floor. 👍🏻👍🏻 It's the little details that show quality. Highly recommend… we'll definitely be back!

Discovered a new hotel in Kaiping crafted from millions of old bricks, a true gem blending Chinese and Western architectural art. I've stayed in several modern B&Bs converted from old arcade houses and watchtowers, but due to the constraints of the original structures, the spaces in those B&Bs were mostly cramped. This Qiao Xiaoguan, however, is much more spacious and grand. The interior design appears to be European, leaning towards French style, and you can tell the designer put a lot of thought into it. Both the indoor and outdoor facilities are brand new, and the hygiene is impeccable. The air conditioning is very powerful. The overall living experience is excellent, suitable for both families and business travelers. The staff are kind and friendly. If I had to find one drawback, it would be the lack of charging stations in the parking garage.

The hotel is located right at the foot of Dayan Mountain, built to a five-star standard with extensive facilities and a garden-style layout. Big thanks to the front desk staff who upgraded our room. It was huge, about 100 square meters, featuring a separate living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with a soaking tub. Plus, there were two independent balconies offering mountain views. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't crowded, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has a swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The gym is open 24 hours, but it was unattended. The breakfast restaurant opens out to a large outdoor park with ducks, another outdoor swimming pool, and a lotus pond. The breakfast selection was quite good, meeting our needs without having to eat out. Dining options nearby would require a ten-minute drive. While Heshan doesn't have a wide variety of food, the ingredients are notably fresh. Overall, it's a very nice hotel. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

The Goldmine Hotel is centrally located in the ancient town, making it very convenient to catch a show at the theater. The hotel has a children's splash park on the first floor, which is perfect for kids. Across from the hotel, the Modern Theater also has a children's playground on its first floor with slides and a ball pit. Our Super Wings themed room was right next to the water park, so it was a bit noisy compared to other floors due to the high foot traffic. Overall, the ancient town offers a fantastic array of activities; we couldn't even cover everything in our two-day-one-night stay. We'll definitely be back!
