Stay in the business executive room top floor. What's Good: 1. This is one of the most interesting hotel I stayed in. I like the balcony, can suntan. the layout and design of the room is fabulous. In the morning, when sun shines in, the room is so beautiful. 2. I also like that the room has multiple international plugs, guest don't need to bring international plugs. Hotels all over should adopt this idea. 3. The staff at the counter service very good. Very helpful ladies. Areas for improvement: 1. The area near cabinet should install a light, at night I want to retrieve my clothes, I cant even see clearly. 2. I like that the toilet bowl has bidet. Too bad its not working. Please repair! Not very nice to rent our an unserviceable room. It's like when you paid $5 for an apple, the vendor gives you a partially rotten apple and expect you to accept it without discount. As a customer, what impression will you have of the vendor? 3. Roof top under repair. Early morning, I was woken up by heavy drilling and hammering. The hotel should be aware there is a guest staying right below. I have to call to ask them to stop. I understand repair needs to be done. Can arrange repairs on days when the 7th floor room is unoccupied? 4. I don't know if the room is infested with rats or ******* or if someone is staying above the 7th floor unit. In the middle of the night, 2-3am, heavy footsteps can be heard, you can hear the floor creek with each steps as if going to collapse! Thank you!

This time I traveled to Taiwan, I booked a super good hotel! It is located near Gancheng Station, and it is very convenient to take the Taiwan Express to Cingjing Farm and Sun Moon Lake! It is also close to Taichung Station and Yizhong Street Business District, which is very convenient for everything. The room is also super clean and the decoration style is very beautiful! There is a washing machine and dryer on the eighth floor, and the washing machine is free, which is really great! I highly recommend everyone to book here when traveling to Taichung~

The staff really have no sense of time and the demanded payment from us at 3am due to a stained towel when were were not even checking out yet. (Were just there to collect something which had been dropped off with them) It made us feel like they are desperate for money, because the front desk staff would not let us go and even said we had to go withdraw and pay them there and then. Fine we paid and went up to the room which we had requested for room service only to find that the sheets they gave us had blood stains on the bed and pillow. The location and room were nice enough but would not recommend people to stay unless you intend to avoid the front desk at late night.

1. 🕰️ Was asked to be seated while the reception prepared my check in (note that check in is at 5pm, I arrived around 315pm so I asked if they could let me check in slightly earlier). After about 45 mins, I went to check on the status and the reception has clearly forgotten about my check in. 2. 🪳Probably the most turned off thing of the stay. Opened the door and was greeted by a cockroach and a rubbish tissue (see photo). Live cockroach… 3. 🧹 No daily housekeeping. No bottled water provided. No hand soap so just got to make do with shower gel. The good part about this hotel is probably the location and the size of the room is pretty decent.

This hotel is a breeze! It's within walking distance to the main station, with the river just outside your door. Popular tourist attractions like Miyahara are also just a short walk away. Check-in was smooth, and you can store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially Southeast Asian options like Indonesian, Filipino, and Vietnamese cuisine.

Location is about 15min taxi ride from HSR station. The environment is quiet n nice. A lot of nice food places near hotel. Room is very very clean n spacious! There’s an extremely good massage place near hotel like 10 mins walk. We took cab everywhere.

The service attitude of the check-in counter, the staff and the parking lot guy are all very kind and friendly. The single room is clean and comfortable. It is a hotel operator that can be added to the list👍👍👍

This is best hotel in Taichung port area. The room rates are higher as compare to other hotels nearby but good service. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is very new, about a 4-minute walk from Chenggong Railway Station. There is a FamilyMart convenience store nearby. There are no restaurants, but you can order takeout. There is a parking lot. It is highly recommended for self-driving tours. The CP value is very high on weekdays. The breakfast is OK. There is a tea bag, coffee machine and potato chip snacks in the lobby. There is beer in the afternoon on the 2nd floor and there is a bath. Although the bathhouse is small, the facilities are OK. Unfortunately, it is only open from 3pm to 9pm. It would be better if it was opened later.
