The room was small, the shower facilities were very dirty, the slippers were thin, and there were no other disposable amenities. Check-in and check-out were self-service. We really liked this hotel. Check-in is done via a machine in case the staff isn't there. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they all speak English. The room was quite comfortable and clean. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The location was very good, right next to the central train station, about a 10-15 minute walk. Everything was great, very happy with our choice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Taiwan Boulevard bus station, but a little far from the Taichung Railway Station. The room rate is very cheap (less than NT$1,000 on weekdays). The refrigerator wasn't cold enough. The toilet was running loudly in the middle of the night. The room was very dusty, with painted nails and masks on the floor. Otherwise, there were no issues.
