Taitung Sunlight International Resort has always been my favorite hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Compared with other five-star hotels, it is really superior. The only thing that needs improvement during this stay is that the swimming pool is open until 11:30 in the morning. The morning counter service staff (younger men) is definitely the biggest problem in this hotel. They are arrogant and unreasonable. They are not willing to explain the hotel facilities to the guests. They always keep an eye on the computer screen. At check-in, the guest's ID, room key and breakfast card are lost. As most of the comments on Cui'an Fengfeng, the counter staff are always the object of complaint, but the owners have not improved, which is a pity. Compared with the staff at the evening counter (older uncle), restaurant and bakery, the professional attitude is really a world of difference. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the lights are dim. There is only one ceiling light in the whole room. It should be better if there is a desk lamp. The sockets in the room are only at the bedside, so you can only use a hair dryer and sit on the bed. The 609 room I stayed in this time should be next to the boiler, and the laundry room will actually hear the relevant sound, and the room sound insulation is not good. The window air conditioner and refrigerator in the room are old, and the operation sound is quite obvious. The left and right blades of the air conditioner are removed and cannot be adjusted. There is no common toilet in the toilet, and the smell of the marsh is strong. It is a smell when you wake up early in the morning. The shower cannot adjust the height and angle. There is no socket in the toilet. The hair dryer is placed in the dressing cabinet outside. There is no obvious indication of the placement. The small snacks written on the Cui'an Xufeng Travel introduction are still available, but the travel package and Downing tea are not known if they have been adjusted due to the epidemic, and the room has long been missing. The laundry room on the sixth floor, a washing machine and dehydrator have been damaged and need to be repaired, and the water dispenser on this floor has also failed and must be used on other floors.

For the price and location, this is a great choice for hotel. We arrived early and we’re offered luggage storage which was great! The provided breakfast is pretty average however their milk tea is so yummy!! Probably the best milk tea I’ve head the whole time I’ve been in Taiwan! The cleanliness wasn’t too great. The beds and sheets were all clean but some of the surfaces (bedside table, desk and table) could have done with at least a wipe down. The bathroom was a bit grubby but definitely not unusable (just get like I needed to put shoes on each time I needed to go into the bathroom). All in all, this hotel did the job for two nights stay.
