Wanda Vista Taiyuan

My experience at Wanda Vista Taiyuan was absolutely superb. The front desk staff were proactive, providing warm and attentive service, and check-in was very efficient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. All service staff were friendly and thoughtful, paying attention to every detail. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and highly recommend it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

For our summer family trip to Taiyuan, we chose to stay at the Wanda R&F. The twin room was perfect for our family of four, and the room itself was clean and tidy. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Plus, with Wanda Plaza right next door, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient.

I brought my family, including elderly parents and children, to Taiyuan for a 5-day trip. The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the city center and very close to Taiyuan Station. The hotel pool is fantastic, though it was a bit crowded during the summer holidays. Breakfast was also good. On a rainy day, after a tiring day of sightseeing, we had dinner at both the Chinese restaurant and the Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor. The food and ambiance at these five-star restaurants were indeed excellent, and both the seniors and the kids were very satisfied.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. However, there was a stale woody smell, or perhaps an air freshener, in the hallway and room that I didn't care for. Apart from being a bit old, the in-room facilities met the standards of an established five-star hotel. The service was average, not particularly proactive. The location is good, right next to Wanda Plaza with many restaurants downstairs, and a taxi to several main attractions costs just the starting fare.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Wanda Plaza. Parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. Food deliveries are brought to the room by a robot.

The location is good, very close to Bell Tower Street, about a 15-minute walk. Next to the hotel is Wanda Plaza. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and there are no charging stations available.

Whenever I return to Taiyuan each year, I always stay at the Wanda. It's close enough that the elders won't be disturbed. It was great; the standard room wasn't available so they automatically upgraded us to a suite. Excellent as always.

Excellent hotel, I've stayed here many years ago, and the standard remains consistently high. The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit Taiyuan in the future.

The hotel is indeed a bit old, but its excellent location and great service uphold its five-star standard. It offers good value for money and comes highly recommended for tourists.
