The hotel is beautiful, the room I was booked into was spacious and had a nice view. My stay here was spoiled by the lack of some supplies in my room (some of the boxes were empty) as well as a dirty robe, dirt on the floor and the food. Ordering room service was a challenge because they didn’t have most things on the menu and my dirty plates stayed in my room until the end of my stay. I regret paying for their breakfast because it was a waste of money. Not many options that I ended up leaving the dining hall still hungry.
I was told that this was the best hotel in the area but apart from the beautiful room, the experience was a little disappointing.

When I checked in, the rooms on the floor were open and in a mess, I felt like I was in a refugee camp! The order contained welcome fruit, but I didn’t have it when I entered the room. 位置在泰州的文化中心從酒店房間可以直接看到市民廣場和泰州市政府周邊就是文化館，大劇院，博物館和美術館。酒店是五星級的服務標準設施非常的乾淨，房間也很乾凈。酒店管家和前台非常的熱情，酒店管家還送上了水果和小點心。酒店地面有很大的停車場。很不錯的一次旅行居住體驗，下次來還會選擇這裏。

位置還挺不錯的，出差很合適。遊玩的話離老城區稍微有點距離。酒店人員會主動問好，雖然中間有點小插曲，但是整體解決問題的態度都很好，為了早茶放棄了酒店的早餐，帶小朋友去看了一圈，早餐很不錯。
