Excellent hotel nice and professional staff

Ténéo Apparthotel Talence - Espeleta Bordeaux Sud is an apartment hotel that offers excellent value for money while maintaining convenient living amenities. Located in the safe and convenient university district of Talence in southern Bordeaux, it's just a 3-minute walk from the Forum station on the B line of the light rail, and a 10-15 minute ride provides direct access to Bordeaux's old town. Compared to cramped hotels in the city center, the rooms here are more spacious, and a major highlight is that each room is equipped with a fully-equipped mini-kitchen (with microwave, refrigerator, and tableware). A large supermarket and bakery are located downstairs, making it ideal for self-catering travelers who want to save on food expenses. The hotel also has underground parking, making it very convenient for those with cars. However, as it is an apartment-style establishment, guests should note that the front desk is not open 24 hours a day (those arriving late at night need to contact the front desk in advance to obtain the self-service key code), and daily free cleaning and towel changing services are not provided for stays of less than 6 nights. Some facilities also show signs of age. Overall, however, with its excellent location and independent living space, it remains a high-quality and economical choice for travelers going to Bordeaux for academic exchanges, visiting relatives, or seeking autonomy.

The hotel's location is decent, and the cleanliness is good. However, the front desk refused to accept takeout orders, making the delivery driver wait at the door for 10 minutes, which was quite unfriendly.

It's understandable that hotels abroad are expensive, but I wish they'd make it a little cheaper, including breakfast. I guess it can't be helped since it's priced per room overseas. The staff are very kind. Is the breakfast tasty? But the selection is limited. The location is great. The Wi-Fi speed is also great. They're great at accommodating late check-in and early check-out. Cooking utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes are provided. There are no knives. Recommended for those who want to cook their own meals while sightseeing.

The room was great, spacious, in a good location, and very clean. The only downside was that my room was close to the street, so it was a bit noisy.
