Overall the stay was good. Turned the heater on and it was loud, dripping water in the tub. States ice maker on the 5th floor and it wasnโt, went to the 4th floor and the ice maker was broke.
Didnโt want to go from floor to floor, so I went to the front desk for ice.

1) The front desk overlooked me as I stood there waiting for some assistance, but then a white family walked up, and the front desk agent immediately responded.
2) The breakfast area needs to be cleaner. There's no one around to tidy up and/or dispose of trays.
3) The carpet in the atrium was dirty
4) The pillows are dreadful and need to be replaced.
5) The mattress in our room was layered with so many sheets that it was uncomfortable to lay in.
Thank goodness we were only there for one night.

It was very busy due to a convention. But the accommodations are spacious and clean. Service was also quite good.

The hotel felt older and needed some updating. The breakfast areaโs floor was constantly sticky. The breakfast food was okay, not as good as what is usually served at embassy suites.
The eggs your way was great, the chefs were so friendly.

I loved the hotel ! They had free happy hours drinks and free d oeuvre ! The breakfast was amazing on demande chef ! Beautiful only one thing one of the front desk girl that tried to check me in at first !! Hurt I canโt remember her name dark skin thick black hair , dark skin little heavy! Was not pleasant at all !! She gave me attitude and I really felt like I wasnโt welcome ! Glad she didnโt check me in cuz the room wasnโt ready ! So when I came back there was another girl very nice and made up and made me feel welcome !! I donโt put reviews no time ! But people like that I need to address the problem cuz the hotel doing all their best to keep it cozy , that one front desk girl can mess up it all !

The room was not temperature ready when we arrived. The digital key was not working. Only one towel available for a booking of four people. Many flies in the bathroom. Charges to my credit cad that were not explained or receipt provided.
