Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

The hotel owner kept saying sorry, sorry, sorry. But they have an elevator that can take luggage to the second floor. When checking in and checking out, the waiters help carry the luggage. The only drawback is that there are not many businesses around the hotel in a relatively remote area, and there is nothing to visit.
