Holiday Inn Express Tengchong Hot Spring, an IHG Hotel

The room facilities are very complete, the room is large and comfortable, and the housekeeper Xiaoma takes care of the whole process, and is patient, meticulous and thoughtful. The hotel package is also very good, with dishes of various prices, rich and simple. The hotel is not far from Ginkgo Village, Beihai Wetland, Heshun Ancient Town, and Atami Hot Spring, making travel convenient. Booking this hotel adds a lot to the trip to Tengchong.

A newly opened hotel in 2022, the equipment is very new and the layout is reasonable. The breakfast is simple but includes my favorite thin soybean powder and bait silk. I recommend everyone to try it. Gyms, outdoor swimming pools, and hot springs are all equipped. This time I don’t allow you to experience none of them 😂 The service from the front desk to breakfast is very warm and considerate. The balcony is large and the view is good.

酒店不在市中心，但自駕完全沒問題，出行也很方便，住宿條件好，聽前台説酒店開業不久，設施都很新 ，打掃的衞生也比較乾淨，員工還很和善，見到我都會微笑打招呼，前台的小濮和小杜辦入住時對於我的問題都用心幫我解答，態度很不錯，要點名誇獎一下。

酒店整體不錯，房間較大，乾淨舒服，洗手間設施完善。洗衣房、健身房、小童遊樂場、温泉均有，旁邊就是華僑城樂園。離中心市區稍遠，但租車或自駕都是很好的住宿酒店，反正不塞車。服務人員很客氣熱情，還給升了房間。餐廳每早送小吃，有曲奇、糖水蛋。謝謝前台的小馬和小芳，給人賓至如歸感覺。

第一次預訂感覺還不錯，所以又訂了二天後入住，這次入住感受非常不好，首先晚餐去餐廳説是上菜比較慢要二個小時，因為有宴會，樓上房間很吵隔音比較差，第二天早餐裏面都是團隊客人非常吵鬧，咖啡機也不開讓喝旁邊的速溶咖啡，等到我出去的時候發現那個咖啡機又開了，難道剛才以為我也是團隊顧客嗎？

來騰沖玩得很開心，小濮，小董服務很nice,介紹的景點菜品都很不錯。酒店早餐也很豐富。去和順玩了一天，真的非常喜歡騰沖，下次來騰沖玩還選擇這家！

房間非常整潔乾淨，床也十分舒適，整體設計感滿滿，前台人員熱情服務，離店的時候前台小馬還給我贈送了小禮品，真的是十分周到了，完美的騰沖之旅

不愧是五星酒店，服務非常好。免費給升級了一下房型。早餐也很豐富，照顧到了大家的口味，還有當地特色食物。第二天本來想住芒市，果斷改了住的地方，續住了一宿。退房的時候還給了小禮物。超級超級推薦！
