Very nice Hotel. Great location, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful. What a pleasure to stay at his Hotel. Walking distance to the City District and a great location to take day trips (Florence, Gubbio, & Assissi) all of which are very beautiful in there own way. I would highly recommend this location.

It would be very difficult to find another hotel where the staff are as kind and helpful as those at the Michelangelo Palace, Terni. It is an extremely pleasant place, with amenities such as an excellent spa. The lobby lounge is a very comfortable place to relax with a beer, and there is a happy, relaxed atmosphere. Secure car-parking and It's location near the town centre and short distance from the railway station are a real bonus. I will certainly stay there again. We were there for a night while traveling between destinations for business. The place was decent and the people were friendly. The rooms could’ve been cleaner. Overall a decent place for a short stay.

Albergo un po’ vecchiotto, camera molto grande ma con copriletto bucato da un lato e sfilacciato dall’altro!! Bagno per nulla moderno con porta che si apre verso il water e la vasca idromassaggio che non ispirava pulizia e durante la doccia il bagno si è allagato e l’acqua in vasca non scendeva!!! Spa rilassante

Ho dormito in questo hotel per una notte. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato. La camera in cui ho dormito io aveva crepe lungo le pareti, arredamento decisamente consumato dagli anni. Colazione è il minimo che si può trovare, niente di interessante. Il personale è gentile e sempre a disposizione

Soggiorno di due notti per lavoro. Personale alla reception molto cortese e disponibile. Camera e biancheria puliti. Purtroppo il bagno non è da 4 stelle, necessita di manutenzioni: crepe nei muri e sui sanitari, soffione doccia completamente ricoperto di calcare e seduta water rotta, entrambi da sostituire. Il frigo ha acqua nella parte interna. Colazione modesta per un 4 stelle. La presenza di una comitiva ha consumato tutto il buffet che non è stato reintegro in tempi accettabili. Molto buona la SPA: sauna,hammam, idromassaggio,tisane e acqua agli agrumi al costo di euro 20 per 3 ore. Consiglio vivamente il massaggio rilassante con Martina: professionale e cortese.
