The room is in an old community. The elevator is very unsafe and keeps ringing. There are no lights in the corridor and it is dark at night. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell of the toilet, and the cabinet in the room was locked. I don't understand if I use it to stay in the hotel, should I put my things in the hotel? The deposit is very fast, but I can't even give it after I move in, and the refund of the deposit is very slow

1微信收集個人訊息（民宿自己做的微信統計工具，不確定有沒有跟公安機關聯網，以名宿名字命名的感覺沒有跟公安機關聯網）
2在我提出個人訊息安全質疑時態度惡劣，沒入住提前點確認，退不了房
3屋內衞生條件差，很臟沙發、被子上有不明物質幹了的痕跡，圖片冰山一角，太臟了！
4樓梯欄桿壞的很危險，洗澡間門有問題無法完全打開
5所有窗户漏風，巨大的風，拍了視頻，冬天凍得要死，空調不給留遙控器，發訊息不回打語音不接，打電話接了説問問保潔就沒信了，等了得有一小時上門給了個萬能遙控器，還得學怎麼使用。空調老舊開一會就報錯
6客廳有個老舊冰箱臟的不行，壓縮機聲音跟要起飛一樣，一層根本沒法住人，又冷又吵
