民宿在一個別墅小區裏面，小區裏非常多民宿，地理位置很好，購物吃飯很方便，去海洋博物館媽祖廟也很方便，可自駕可騎電動車前往（20分鐘），打車也很方便。東堤公園趕海一般，小區馬路對面是海，但是現在圍上鐵皮了。

嚴重圖片不符 圖片是三張床並列 並且帶陽台和窗
實際是一個半地下室 推門就是一張床 然後頭對着廁所 裏面潮的被子都是濕的 指甲蓋大小潮蟲滿屋跑 跟酒店溝通 酒店表示我們定的房間 昨天的客人要續住 現在衹有這個地下室三人間 或者選擇升級到家庭房 差價需要我們自己補 也就是説酒店沒房了 需要客人自己花錢升級？
懶得費一句話 差價一共50塊錢 比地下室強不了多少 500多的房間 不要求豪華 乾淨能做到嗎？打開門就看見保潔阿姨把新被子扔在地上 廁所馬桶也沒刷 上一個客人的血跡還掛在馬桶上 廁所一股下水道味兒 躺在床上從牆頭爬出一衹蜈蚣 新枕頭下面一根不知名毛髮和發黃的漬…怎麼説呢 500多這種衞生 我衹能説祝您發大財

住宿：房間不大，進屋兩張床，床還可以，一張一張椅子，沒啥地方放行李，衞生間馬桶沖水聲挺大的，半夜上廁所一沖水能把全屋人吵醒，我們住的三樓，花灑出水不適合很沖，能洗但不適合著急的人，得慢慢來。房間隔音效果不好，隔壁看**的聲音好像就在耳邊，早上樓上樓下關門開門説話聲很大。
周邊環境：別墅小區改的民宿，旁邊賣吃的挺多，往外走幾步是兩個挺大的購物廣場，但是廣場有點荒涼。
遊玩：離海洋博物館、媽祖廣場都挺近，也挺好打車的。
順便提一句，入住了兩天衹見到前台一次就是辦入住的時候，其他時間民宿前台沒有人，有個保潔阿姨但是見到兩次。

這個春節假期裏住的最舒服的一晚上，乾淨衞生，床單被罩都很新，一棟大別墅式的酒店，裏面東西很齊全一覺睡到自然醒

開在別墅區裏的小型酒店，環境清悠，周圍都是獨棟別墅，小區裏不能走機動車，打車衹能到小區門口，好在離得也不遠，前台拿了鑰匙後有接待人員開着電瓶車送到住宿的房間門口，房間乾淨，床品衞生，住宿面積相對較小小，我們是一大一小也是夠用的。小區門口有錦州燒烤店，可以深夜放毒，味道不錯。附近有二姑包子鋪，華萊士炸雞餐廳味道都是不錯的，吃早餐也方便，隔天去的國家海洋博物館，騎電瓶車大概20分鐘，也有直達班車2元一位
