Tianjin Hongqiao District Hotels

It was hectic during check-in but we were warmly greeted by the Manager on duty (did not catch his name). He provided us a map with places of interest near the hotel and helped to check if our room was ready despite us arriving pretty early. Concierge staff happily helped us with our luggage as well. Additionally, we were unable to make a reservation for our dinner due to the lack of calling services and Manager Emily gladly assisted us with it. Superb service provided by the staff at Pan Pacific TianJin all in all, many thanks!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

衞生：毛巾，地板和被子均有毛髮/頭髮未清理，總體看起來是乾淨的 設施：房間剛一進去就發現有煙味，原以為是上一任房客留下的，後來開了抽風好一些了。結果我出門以後再回來又有煙味了，説明是換氣管道有問題，有泄露。 服務：服務很好，紅頭髮的前台很熱心，有盡力幫我調換房間（雖然沒有多餘房子了） 環境：大廳挺奇怪的，柱子落在奇怪的地方，空間很破碎。有人在樓道和大廳抽煙

This is a newly opened hotel, about 1.2 kilometers away from Tianjin West Railway Station. The hotel facilities are very new, the bedding is comfortable, and the hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel is very lively opposite the flower and bird market and the vegetable market. It is within walking distance of Honghu Lake, with a strong atmosphere of fireworks. Stayed for two nights on a business trip. The room was clean and tidy, the service was good, the breakfast was rich, and there was free midnight snack. It is right next to the subway and high-speed rail station, which is very convenient and worth recommending.

I have stayed at this hotel twice or three times before, so I chose it directly. When I checked in, the lock in the room couldn't be fully locked. The phone in the room didn't work. I called the front desk n times with my mobile phone before someone answered. Fortunately, the service staff was very nice. If they couldn't solve the problem, they changed the room. Thank you very much. . This omelette for breakfast is something I really didn’t expect. I don’t know how you can make an omelette like this? Are you sure it's not the result of secondary processing of leftover boiled or steamed eggs? After breakfast, my children and I went out to play. However, within an hour or so, both of us had stomachaches and went to the toilet. We didn’t dare to go downstairs for breakfast the next day and ordered takeout.

really convenient hotel walking distance from hospital where i had my surgery, hotel is very friendly and very clean.. it's hidden in alley so drive slowly to find it.. plus they have hourly rates too

The location of this hotel is very convenient. The well-known Northwest Corner Snack Street is just down the stairs, and major shopping malls are within walking distance. The hotel service is very warm and considerate. Because of their high-quality service, our trip became more comfortable and pleasant. Next time I come to Tianjin, I will choose to stay at the Northwest Corner All Seasons Hotel.
