The check-in experience was pretty good. The counter is on the second floor, check in at 15:00pm, check out at 10:00am, basic English can be communicated. There are also self-service laundry and vending machines on the same floor, and ice cubes are also available. Although the room is small, it can accommodate 3 suitcases (25-inch and 18-inch suitcases). You can still walk in the room when they are unfolded. Toiletries such as toothbrushes, cotton swabs, combs, razors, etc. can be found at the counter. There are also sencha and matcha bags available on the side table next to it. The hotel is located next to the main road, a 1-minute walk to Toei Sengakuji Station and a 10-minute walk to JR Takanawa Station. There are 7-11 in 1 minute, FamilyMart in 2 minutes, Lawson in 3 minutes, Daily Yamazaki in 7 minutes, Life (Tamachi) large supermarket in 12 minutes, and breakfast is located in Nakau, which is a 3-minute walk away. On the day you check in, the hotel will issue you a daily breakfast coupon with the date marked on it. Take the meal coupon to Nakau opposite and hand it to the counter clerk, and specify which ABCD set meal you want, then you can find a seat and the clerk will give it to you. Meals are served. Basically, the hotel will not clean during your stay, unless the room cleaning notice is posted on the door outside. But even if it is not cleaned, the hotel will still thoughtfully hang daily clean towels on the door.

The service provided by the lady at the front desk was great. The location is also very good, very close to the subway station.

Even though I went late around 23:30, the front desk staff was very friendly, and there was a 7-Eleven right next to it, so it was convenient and nice! And the room was a single room, so it was comfortable to be alone. My flight was from Haneda Airport, so I went on the Keikyu line in one go and I think I made the right choice!

It was a shame that there was no elevator at the exit near the hotel, but it wasn't that far from the exit where the elevator was! It's nice that there are three convenience stores nearby and a Pickerk Mart just a short walk away.

The rooms in Japan are not big, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and the city.
