The facilities are passable, but location is not the most continent. The public bath was fun but crowded. I wouldn't choose it for its location.

The first place I stayed in Tokyo. There was a Chinese receptionist at the front desk. He spoke the familiar language and was very friendly. Free drinks were given to registered members. Registration was also free. It's about a 20-minute walk from Tokyo Station. If you don't want to walk, you can take the subway to Takaracho Station. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station.
