Really basic hotel in a quieter area but not too far from Tokyo Station. There is a subway station right outside the hotel. The room is small and customer service is basically nonexistent. Luggage storage isn’t offered so this may be inconvenient to some. I’m not sure why front desk staff are needed as they do absolutely nothing. Their job seems quite pointless. I don’t think I’d recommend this hotel.

Really good hotel, value for money, free coffee machine is so great and coffee is really tasty, highly recommend you try the free matcha. Room was small but cozy, can’t really understand the negative reviews for this hotel, really enjoyed my stay, really close to good restaurants, train station is close by. Cant beat 711 near by also.

Small but comfortable. There is only one elevator but not a lot of rooms so it is fine.

very good location to be honest, but there are few things you might need to konw: 1. good for couple, not recommanded to family due to very limited space + bad noise isolation 2. If you have a lot carryings or lauggages, this room might be too small to fit them all. Overall, I love my stay, good price, good location. Thank you

The hotel is in perfect location, very close to Asakusabashi Station. Direct line from/to Narita and Haneda Airport. Very convenient. The room is expected very small, but for small couple is ok even-though the bed is small. Overall I love it!

It is very very close to the Asakusabashi station; Chuo-Sobu line. It was perfect for a solo traveler like me. The room size is also not too big not too small and there is microwave inside the room too. For other travelers dont forget to bring type A travel adapter cos in the room all have type A plug sockets!^^

The hotel is near JR and underground stations. No catering facilitates in the hotel but some good restaurants nearby. Quite close to Tokyo Main Station which is convenient to tourist.

There was a kerfuffle with check-in, and the other guests are typical mainland-types (no bueno). But the location worked. Japanese business hotels are generally irritating because you cannot use the stairs. Plus, that early check-out time.

At first I've got a room with a bad smell in the bathroom. But my room has been changed so everything vent fine. Room was a bit small, but ok for a few nights.

Had bad experiences with cleanliness, bad was really hard, room too small and very stuffy…will never stay here anymore
