After I checked out, I was sitting in the lobby, it was cold outside and I wanted to sit in the lobby for a few hours until my transfer vehicle arrived at the airport, a short, slightly bald, slightly bald gentleman waiting at the reception desk came and said that I could not sit because I had checked out, then another employee came and said that I could sit, they are making fun of me, that short, middle-aged, slightly bald employee whose name I did not know was not polite at all

Nice location, the amenities are okay but not fancy, the price is really cheap so the quality/price is incredibly good
The room are very tiny, so it needs a good organization, it was clean and no bedbugs. It smells sometimes bad (smoking) but it's "okay"
The people are really kind, helpful, their English is very basic but no misunderstanding.
You have new towel every new day.
It's an hostel so of course there are not that much privacy and noisy sometimes.
7/10 but +1 because you can't find something cheaper if this quality

The common living room in the female area is full of the smell of cigarettes. You have to walk through that room to access the toilets. They should prohibit smoking in that area because people who don't smoke find it very irritating. But the price is cheap compared to other Hostels in Tokyo.
