A great little hotel run by three Chinese sisters. The other staff can speak Chinese, so communication is barrier-free. The service is very considerate and the decoration is very warm, making people feel at home even in a foreign country. The hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet, with supermarkets, convenience stores and self-service laundry rooms nearby, which are very convenient for life. It is only a few minutes' walk from JR Nippori Station, with convenient transportation, whether it is to and from the airport or to take the Yamanote Line to various popular attractions. The hotel room is moderate in size, slightly more spacious than the standard Japanese hotel, but the bedding is very comfortable, and the mattress is really the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I asked the boss, who said it was Nishikawa's mattress, and I must find a way to buy one and bring it back later. The hotel also has a public living room with floor heating and a dining table, providing various kitchen supplies. You can buy food from the supermarket and eat here, or cook simple meals yourself, which is something that ordinary hotels cannot do. It was my first trip to Tokyo with my family and I saw this hotel on the Internet. It has two rooms, a small bar, an induction cooker for cooking late night snacks, a microwave, and a refrigerator that can be used. My suitcase is open. The space and the front desk staff are also great. There is also a coin-operated washing machine downstairs. Sensoji Temple is nearby. I think it is very convenient. Before returning to the hotel every day, I can see the Skytree Tower in different colors! What a beautiful view! Will be one to consider again! everything is beautiful

Great location, very close to metro stations. Was on the top floor with an amazing view. Microwave included in the room. Will book again in the future if come to Tokyo again.

Easy walking distance of around 10-15mins from Ueno station to hotel. When it rains, you can walk through the underpass but easy to get lost. Spacious room that comes with bath tub but it can flood the bathroom so water release has to be done very slowly. Easy walk to Ameya-yokocho street for shopping and food.

The room is very clean and quite, suitable for solo traveller like me. Walkable to Ueno train station. Surrounded by convenience shop. The best convenience shop beside is Lawson natural. Has a lot of nice food especially for vegetarian, it has vegan foods and it also work with famous vegan noodle shop tan tan's. I bought the cold noodle there.And Is about 30 minutes walk to Asakusa Temple. I would love to come back here in future.

Relatively new hotel with modern decor. Really liked the vibes/design of the hotel and room. We found the room pretty spacious for Tokyo, def enough space to open two luggage. Under 10 min walk from JR Ueno (plus no need to climb stairs) so that was good for us with the luggage. Hotel is on the less bustling side of Ueno, but still very convenient for us to access the busy Ameyoko side of Ueno. We didn’t dine there but we always saw lots of locals dining at the lobby bistro, so I would think it must be pretty good.

The lobby staff are friendly and helpful. The family room is spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets are clearly visible, and the hotel also provides adequate hygiene and personal grooming facilities.

The hotel is close to the subway, just a 5-minute walk away. There is a convenience store next to the hotel, a ramen restaurant on the other side, and a department store not far away. The hotel has been renovated and has everything you need. It is a very comfortable accommodation experience.
