Amazing hotel!
So clean. And I loved that beautiful smell at the lobby area, that’s so calming.
All the girls from the reception are so kind and helpful with all your needs. They do their best to satisfy your expectations.
The room is clean and has all you need. The bed is very comfy, pillows have two sides: soft and massage balls, as always at Japanese hotels.
I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Shari and it was tasty. And I loved sake they recommend me. I really enjoyed!
Location is great. Close to everything. Kabukiza theater is just across the street.
Definitely gonna stay at the hotel again. Thank you so much!

We read a lot of good reviews about Mitsui Garden Gotanda and decided to go with it. It is located close to the JR Gotanda station and it is within 5 to 10 minutes walk. It is also very accessible to touristy spots such as Shinjuku and Tokyo stations. The hotel reception has a very nice view and free coffee! There are many nice restaurants around! There is a Lawson right at the hotel and it was extremely convenient for us to get our supper. Room was on the small side but good enough for two person with two medium luggages. The cleanliness was no doubt of Japanese standard. There are free toiletries for each guest at the reception area. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Mitsui Garden Gotanda.

The normal check-in time is after 1500, but it's lucky that we can check-in earlier since our room is ready - we arrived there ~1230. We selected Panda room located on 4/F, so there is beautiful spot at 4/F lift lobby for taking photos.
The room is normal size as Tokyo's hotel room, we have space to open 2 luggage (24”) but after opened difficult to walk. However, we did not stay much time inside hotel room, and actually the bed is 1.62m good enough for 2 adults + 1kid, .it's fine for us.
We also booked the breakfast, and it's buffet style with Japanese and Western style food, so far so good.
After we checkout the next day, we kept our luggage at hotel and go for sightseeing and shopping nearby; and return pack to hotel for picking up the luggage and head to airport.

A smoking room was my top priority, and this hotel delivered. The location is excellent, right next to Ginza. Shimbashi Station is within walking distance, and major stations like JR Yurakucho, Ginza Subway Station, and Shimbashi (both JR and subway) are all about a 10-minute walk away. While not exactly 'right next door' to the stations, its proximity to Ginza makes it incredibly convenient for shopping, with most places easily reachable on foot. It offers a peaceful retreat in a vibrant area. There's even a Don Quijote open until 4 AM nearby. The rooms, typical of Japanese hotels, are compact but fully functional and spotlessly clean. The 16th-floor lobby provides distant views of Tokyo Tower. The service quality is notably superior to average business chain hotels; staff are remarkably proactive, often approaching guests to offer help before you even reach the front desk. I will definitely stay here again. This place is a hidden gem!

Fantastic! Centrally located in Roppongi, it’s a wonderful night’s stay. I did have trouble finding where the room light switches were, as they all activated with the room key.
The showers were especially nice, with an overhead “rain” option.
I recently stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome Italia-Gai and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Tokyo, though it’s about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station—which can feel a bit tiring when carrying luggage, especially under the sun.
The room, while compact as is typical in Tokyo, was relatively spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a good variety of options.
One downside was that the room door was not noise-proof; I could hear sounds from the hallway both in the morning and at night, which affected the overall quietness.
Overall, a good choice for its location, cleanliness, and breakfast—just be prepared for a bit of a walk and some hallway noise.
Excellent hotel with stunning views and outstanding service 👌
We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier during our trip to Japan, and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and an incredible view of Tokyo Bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and overall quietness make it feel like a peaceful escape right in the heart of the city.
The public bath on the 36th floor is a real highlight. It offers a relaxing atmosphere and breathtaking night views of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The location is perfect: directly connected to the subway, and close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Toyosu fish market.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a great location in Tokyo. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently situated right next to the Japan National Stadium and a subway station. For Tokyo, the room was surprisingly spacious. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were exceptional – friendly, warm, and very attentive. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including a laundry room, vending machines, and microwaves. There's also a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxation. The breakfast spread was extensive.

Wonderful location to stay in Ginza, 2 mins walk to underground station for both lines to Shinjuku and Shibuya. 15mins walk can arrive Shimbashi. The hotel located at the heart area of Ginza, Mitsukoshi department just in the opossite.

The hotel's facilities are excellent – well-equipped, very clean, and they even offer complimentary drinks and snacks every afternoon. The location is also quite good; it's conveniently close to a subway station, Otemachi, which makes traveling by subway and using the airport express very easy. The staff provided great service, and communicating in English was not a problem at all.

Amazing
LLiPing3846The Japanese breakfast offered a great variety of dishes. On the first day, I forgot my breakfast ticket, but the staff kindly checked their system and allowed us in. The front desk also provides important notices in Chinese. There's a large public bath, though it appears swimwear is not permitted. Unfortunately, our schedule was too tight to try it out. The front desk is conveniently located on the 9th floor, with direct elevator access. For laundry service, you need to fill out a form and drop off your clothes at the front desk before 10 AM.

GGuest UserWould rather pay a little more for a quiet environment, privacy, safety, cleanliness and space to open your luggage. The size of the room is ok for budget Tokyo hotel. Full service concierge. Would stay again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with several subway lines nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The adjacent Dome City has a plethora of restaurants, so dining is never an issue. I specifically booked a larger room and was very happy with the spaciousness. Check-in was seamless, and we were able to store our luggage after check-out. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower area, which is a great, practical feature. The room's cleanliness was also good. Excellent. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserSpecial thank you to Ms Minako Watanabe who is very patient and kind. She helped us a lot during our stay in the hotel. We really appreciate her and glad that we get to know her. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Enjoy the stay in this hotel.
