Hotel is located on the 9th level upwards of OVOL building in NIHONBASHI. There is a direct connection to the Shin NIHONBASHI station from B1. It is also walking distance from Mitsukoshimae station and Kanda stations (links to different lines to different places). Located in office area
Pros:
Quieter location but fairly well connected.
2 convenience stalls in walking distance
Lots of food at the Coredo malls (but generally higher end)
Toho cinema at Coredo too
Good service even via email in English
Smooth check in
Small Onsen with no outdoor bath and no cool pool
Near Mitsukoshi mall
Can walk to the imperial eastern gardens
Breakfast buffet consists of small plates of Japanese food which is unusual
2 kinds of pillows provided
Cons:
Not near main shopping areas
No cheaper eats around
No gym
No towels in Onsen
Breakfast menu is not varied
Conclusion
Higher cost hotel with onsen in a less touristy part of town
It is a very decent hotel in terms of price and location.
Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and Tsuijiki are within short walking distance.
The hotel offers various facilities. The Japanese bathrooms are located on the top floor. Although they are not big, they can accommodate about 10 people at a time and are very clean.
There are 4 washers/dryers available on various floors, and they are quite often occupied. Make sure you check the availability via your the room TV facilities channel.
Overall good experience and nice hotel with friendly staff. The balcony is quite big but probably it wasn’t so clear from the pictures that the space left for luggage and walking in the bedroom area is quite limited.
Aside for that, recommended for short stays and great location next to the metro exit
We had stayed in the hotel for 3D2N. The bedroom was clean and spacious. The view of the bedroom was absolutely stunning. Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of choice from cold salad to rice and bread. We was able to select the a la carte before the buffet. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we travel to Tokyo. Highly recommended hotel choice for tourists!
The hotel embodies a traditional Japanese style, offering a quaint charm. While the facilities might not be the latest, the exceptional service more than compensates for this.
Conveniently located, the hotel is surrounded by several convenience stores, ensuring essentials are always within reach. However, dining options are somewhat limited in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest subway station requires an 8-minute walk.
A notable advantage is the tranquility of the area, likely due to its business district location, making it an especially comfortable choice for a stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is about 15min walk from Tokyo Station and conveniently located next to the Yaesu Midtown Building which houses a relatively new bus terminal as well as lots of restuarants and shops underground. Room allocated was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a good spread and the food was very fresh and delicious. Overall service was great!

Overall, the hotel is great—excellent room and location—but the cleanliness was horrible. Every corner of the room, behind the TV, the upper shelves, and under the sofa chair and table were ALL covered in dust. After I put my luggage on the rack, it was also covered in dust. We had the cleaning lady come to our room every day, but it didn’t help. She was very nice, but the cleaning was just………. I feel like the hotel doesn’t own a vacuum. The picture shows just one small area near the sofa chair; I can’t take more pictures because it’s just disgusting. We tried to clean a little by ourselves and avoided looking at the corners. 😫😫😫😫

MMan KiThe normal check-in time is after 1500, but it's lucky that we can check-in earlier since our room is ready - we arrived there ~1230. We selected Panda room located on 4/F, so there is beautiful spot at 4/F lift lobby for taking photos.
The room is normal size as Tokyo's hotel room, we have space to open 2 luggage (24”) but after opened difficult to walk. However, we did not stay much time inside hotel room, and actually the bed is 1.62m good enough for 2 adults + 1kid, .it's fine for us.
We also booked the breakfast, and it's buffet style with Japanese and Western style food, so far so good.
After we checkout the next day, we kept our luggage at hotel and go for sightseeing and shopping nearby; and return pack to hotel for picking up the luggage and head to airport.

YYavuzS.The location was unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline, especially at night. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, the only area that could use some improvement was the in-room Wi-Fi. While it worked, the connection was not as reliable as I would have liked. This minor issue aside, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo—it’s truly an exceptional place to stay, and I look forward to returning!
NNumeeleeChic, comfy, and warm welcome. I’ve been to Tokyo so many times. I would say this hotel is top tier in both ambiance and service. Stuff always greeted us. They were friendly and helpful. On the day I had to check out to go to the airport, there was construction on the hotel road. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to call our pickup car for rearranging a new meeting spot. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. Also, it’s easy to walk to Tokyo dome and LaQua, which have a variety of restaurants and shops. Don’t forget to visit the Koishikawa park, which is nearby. From hotel vibes, I think this hotel is a great choice for female travellers too.
NNatasha L.The rooms are larger than many other hotels I have stayed at for the same price. Also, the location is very conveniently located in Ginza and many restaurants and the subway station is nearby. I would 100% stay here again in the future. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. They were able to keep our luggage when we checked out because there is no free late check out (must pay) which is fine. There is no gym/exercise room or pool or onsen at this hotel but the bathtub is a nice size if you want to relax after a long day!

JJiavery clean room with daily housekeeping service. the room is quite sizeable compared to the usual japanese hotel, and allow us to open 2 big luggages.
toiletries and drinking water were provided.
the location is near to the central business district with many offices around, so it can be quite quiet at night when everyone knock off.
there is a 711 conveniently located just opposite the hotel. there are also 2 train station conveniently located near the hotel.
