Fairly sized room with 3 single beds. I had a good rest at the hotel. Location is good as it is closed to the Keisei line to go to Narita airport. For who loves night life, it’s a great location. One thing can be improved is the number of coin laundry machines , very limited , only had 1 machine at certain level, which I had to wait until 3am to collect my laundry.

The property is conveniently located at the 3 minute walk distance from Otemachi station and connectivity is good. Rooms are clean. Quality of furnishings are bedding is alright. So can’t say much about it. Buffet breakfast is minimal and not justified. The staff is also not equipped to deal with families with young children. They are polite overall but didn’t have a good experience with the cafe staff. Over all a neutral experience with some language barrier but willing recommend if travelling with young children
A very clean, urban hotel.
The room was just as good as the photos online.
There was a large public bath, so we were able to relax and the facilities were well-cleaned, making for a pleasant stay.
We booked breakfast included, and although there weren't many items on the menu, there was just the right amount, and food was constantly replenished, so we were very satisfied.
We went by car, and the parking lot was a bit far away so we nearly got lost. However, the price was surprisingly cheap, which was a relief.
Overall, we thought it was a very good hotel.
I will definitely choose this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo! Location is 10/10, just opposite to JR station and a few mins away from Akihabara. Room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Tokyo, also very clean with a chic design. Love the shower room, surprised to see that the amenities are made in Italy. Would be even better if lotion is provided since Japan's winter is really dry. Breakfast is nice and front desk staff are friendly and cheerful.
A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
Everything was fine except that when I bought the box on the first night, the staff did not specifically mentioned that they can only provide domestic delivery services. I only knew when I wanted to post my box on the day I was checking out and was going to head out for the airport. I was lucky that my luggage was not jam packed and I had sufficient baggage allowance, if not, they were not going to be responsible and expecting me to bear the consequences of their miscommunication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-gochome. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A highlight was the public bath—perfect for relaxing after a long day, and a wonderful bonus to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

This is my 2nd stay with this hotel. Things did not change much from the 1st time even that was 10 years. I would like to say everything of this hotel is absolutely flawless. Especially, the staffs, they always remind of what I have asked them for and tried hardly to find the solutions.
The toilet and water shower are the best. There is only a few things that need to be improved. The morning buffet!
Whenever I visit Tokyo again, Millennium Mitsui garden will be my next stay as always.
I went to the National Research Center East Hospital so I chose this hotel. Check-in was smooth. There is a 711 on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The room is relatively large, clean and hygienic without any odor. The room facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is also very quiet, and there is a park next to it where you can go for a walk. I checked out at noon and handled the luggage storage. This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Chiba, and I will choose it again in the future! Recommend friends who come to play nearby to experience it...
Very nice hotel located around an 8 min walk from Daimon, JR Hamamatsucho Station (which is the terminus of the Monorail from Haneda Airport), and Shiodome Station.
Room size isn’t too big but this is Tokyo. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet. I will say that the Japanese options like udon, ramen and the rice with soup were tastier than the Western options. The make-your-own croffle was my favourite part.

GGuest UserWould rather pay a little more for a quiet environment, privacy, safety, cleanliness and space to open your luggage. The size of the room is ok for budget Tokyo hotel. Full service concierge. Would stay again!

PPinkyhippoIs a beautiful hotel with Don Quijote just across, Natural Lawson at ground level and next street, there is Family Mart and 7-11.
Is about 5-10 min walk to subway and train stations. Also walking distance to Ginza shopping area.
Room is spacious where we can open up 1 luggage comfortably. There’s a sofa and the view of Sumida River could be seen from our room.
What we really like is the airport bus just stop at entrance of the hotel. We arrive and depart from there. No need to go lug our bags in subway.
We also tried the breakfast on last day… so worth it. Overall, I would stay there again if ever in Tokyo. Oh, you can also see Tokyo sky tower from the lobby.

NNatasha L.The rooms are larger than many other hotels I have stayed at for the same price. Also, the location is very conveniently located in Ginza and many restaurants and the subway station is nearby. I would 100% stay here again in the future. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. They were able to keep our luggage when we checked out because there is no free late check out (must pay) which is fine. There is no gym/exercise room or pool or onsen at this hotel but the bathtub is a nice size if you want to relax after a long day!

SSapporo ShiminFantastic! Centrally located in Roppongi, it’s a wonderful night’s stay. I did have trouble finding where the room light switches were, as they all activated with the room key.
The showers were especially nice, with an overhead “rain” option.
