Preferred Hotels in Tokyo

The service of the concierge can be improved. They can be more friendly and helpful in providing information for tourists. The bell boy and girls were friendly though. They should provide benefits for i prefer members at the hotel restaurants. Need to walk abt 15min to reach the JR station. We stayed in a room with 3 single beds provided for 2 adults and 1 child of 7yrs old.

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable. We originally purchased it for over 200,000 JPY, but the delivery company only offered 10,000 JPY in compensation. Additionally, one of the Yamato staff in the airport  had a very poor attitude  We were not satisfied with how they handled the situation.

We booked the executive floor, the service was very good, and we checked in directly on the 45th floor. Breakfast can be booked on the executive floor one day in advance, and there are several times to choose from, so there is no need to queue. One day we chose to have a Japanese breakfast on the second floor, and there was quite a long queue. The subway line is on the right hand side of the second floor of the hotel, which is quite convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the city hall observation deck. I checked on my phone that it was not crowded and went directly there. There is a bus to the airport at the entrance of the hotel. The overall stay experience was very good.

The breakfast was very rich. I checked in on the 11th floor and the staff were very polite. The hotel occupies a large area, with three buildings connected together. It is very convenient to find food on Akasaka Street after leaving. The only drawback is that the bottled water in the room is a bit small. But you can add it for free.
