Preferred Hotels in Tokyo

Everything went well except for an issue with our luggage and snowboard, which we sent from the hotel to Narita Airport via Yamato. (黑貓宅急便）Unfortunately, the luggage was damaged beyond repair and is no longer usable. We originally purchased it for over 200,000 JPY, but the delivery company only offered 10,000 JPY in compensation. Additionally, one of the Yamato staff in the airport  had a very poor attitude  We were not satisfied with how they handled the situation.

The service is very good, the location is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the breakfast on the 45th floor is delicious, quiet, the waiter will specially arrange for you to enjoy breakfast by the window where you can see Mount Fuji

Tried to stay in Keio plaza hotel again after returned from Mt Fuji. This time arranged us to south tower , though it said to be upgraded, the hotel room is not as new as Main tower, however, due to its not at executive floor, the toilet was not same as main tower which renovated. Room size is still very spacey and big enough for our big bags to open. It’s tidy and clean. Breakfast offering at 2nd floor which is lots of choices. Food all yummy and fresh! Hotel prices gone up because of cherry blossom, however, it’s still the best location and walking to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden!

The breakfast was very rich. I checked in on the 11th floor and the staff were very polite. The hotel occupies a large area, with three buildings connected together. It is very convenient to find food on Akasaka Street after leaving. The only drawback is that the bottled water in the room is a bit small. But you can add it for free.
